The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The "Ferienhaus Grenzland" in Schweix has 110 square meters of living space and is located directly on the French border and in the immediate vicinity of the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are all bright and friendly. Even in the rain, a cozy stay on the covered terrace and in the entrance area with a large window front is possible. There is enough space for five guests in the dining and living area. Books and games are available. Bedrooms with 5 beds and bathroom are located on the first floor.

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. The great location allows you to explore the many hiking and biking trails directly from home. Our newly built apartment according to ecological standards offers everything your heart desires: High-quality furnishings, quietly located in a cul-de-sac and premium hiking trails right next to the property. The nearby train station (1 km) allows you to arrive without a vehicle.

The newly renovated apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing break and impresses with its natural, cozy atmosphere. It is located on the second floor above our felt studio, where you can also purchase small souvenirs or try your hand at felting by appointment.

In the heart of a green setting surrounded by our animals, we offer our cottage. A private 7-seater hot tub and a private sauna are available with unlimited use (for a fee starting at €30/stay, regardless of the number of people) The garden has a play area + zip line + swimming pool. This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
