Just a few steps away from restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, banks and the post office. A night ski slope is about 400 m away and the main Ochsenkopf Nord exit is only about 1 km away. The house offers convenient parking right outside the front door or in a large parking lot nearby. Wi-Fi and a QLED TV with Netflix and Disney Channel are available.

By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nice near the forest and is very suitable for hiking and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
