Everything is very good, fast internet and weekly cleaning for long stays. The only thing is that the guest does not control the heating, it is set at 21°C and you have to ask the host for changes and they are not permanent. 21°C is not bad, but some prefer more or less.

Estíbaliz was an exceptional 10/10 unbeatable information, very good apartment, bright renovated and good location, the only bad thing is the entrance from 4:00 pm and the check-out time before 12:00 pm I get the change of schedule 1 more hour and lastly , you can not make noise or have the music loud at 5-6 in the afternoon because the administrator who lives in the 2nd floor comes down to call you, otherwise very happy.

10 stay, unbeatable location, in a quiet area and one street from the places of interest, the impeccable treat, the apartment impeccable, without a doubt, I would repeat.

A beautiful place, the house is a cute place, it does not lack detail and has everything you need for your stay. A ideal place to relax and enjoy the environment. Mertxe welcomed us very well, a very close person.

The house is very nice and just as described. Sadly because of the weather, the grass backyard wasn't usable as it got very damp. But the kids enjoyed very much the terrace. The kitchen was interestingly equipped, but the pans deserve a good update as some are falling to pieces. there was a lot of spider webs and a big plague of ants was always appearing at the kitchen not matter how much we cleaned. There are some improvements that could be done at the bathrooms, but in general we really enjoyed our stay. We where recived by Joseba with a good harvest from the citrus trees that where very savory and it was lovely to see all the garden with bunches of beautiful flowers around us. The neighborhood is nice although really far from Bilbao, but we knew that in advance.

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings, with a spacious garden surrounded by beautiful hills. The flat was very clean and spacious and the pool was warm! Great to have access to a solar-powered charger for our electric car too. There is a spacious garage and a communal room with billiard table, ping-pong, go-carts etc, so plenty for kids to do. Plus there's a lovely little friendly dog! Mertxe and her husband were wonderful - friendly, informative and instantly responsive when we had an issue with our fridge; they also gave us several bottles of delicious wine as compensation for the (minor) trouble. Highly recommended.

Beautiful tower with unforgettable views of meadows and moteas very close to the sea. Wonderful!
