Conveniently located, only 8 min. Walking distance to public transport, very good shopping in the city and in the commercial area (supermarkets). 15 min. walk to the spa and spa park. With a view from the window, the city of Bergzabern with the castle is at your feet. The southern route of the Way of St. James passes by my place.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
