The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Trautmann Eßweiler Vacation Rental

Take a vacation with us! We offer you a spacious apartment with conservatory, in the middle of the North Palatine Uplands/Kusler Musikantenland. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with three beds, for 4 people, a large living-dining area with open kitchen and a very nice, spacious conservatory. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There is also a small room with a washing machine and ironing board, which can be used free of charge.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The spacious house in Losheim am See invites you to relax. It has been totally renovated in 2016. Existing elements have been carefully complemented by new furnishings. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom on the upper floor and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is also accessible by accessibility. Two living and dining room complete the ground floor. There is a balcony and a garden.
