Please note due to our suburban location we have noise restrictions & are therefore not suitable for non family groups (singles) or loud parties. A beautiful place to stay if you want to get away but also close enough from Perth & Mandurah that makes you feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was everything we needed and it really felt like our place away from home. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax but also close enough to go on a few day trips while you’re there.

Loved the house, it was clean, comfortable, and huge. Great soap options provided and comfortable beds. Nice beach and walking trail nearby. Peaceful location, though we had to drive quite a bit to get to the city centre. Wild kangaroos wandering around the neighbourhood, lol. Nice backyard area too with a relaxing hammock.

My husband, our sons and grandsons spent two nights at Gail’s house. Each and every one of them raved about the house. They loved the location, the facilities, the comfortable house and all of the very appreciated little touches that made them feel so welcome. The little boys enjoyed the toys. They were all very happy with their accommodation and would highly recommend this very comfortable, welcoming home.

Amazing stay!! Had everything you needed for a family. Very clean, comfortable with a decent sized backyard for kids to play with a swing my babies loved it. I loved how they really catered for families including a portacot, high chair and plastic utensils and plates. We have stayed in many Air bnbs with our family and this one is at the top of our list of favourites! Also hosts were very responsive and helpful to our messages. Highly recommend.

A great stay right on the beach. Access to ocean toys and bikes a plus. Matt was very responsive at every moment. Lovely location and was a perfect place for a friends’ getaway. We had a great family getaway to Falcon for Easter. We travelled in from the Wheatbelt and loved how close it was to the beach and also places for food. We highly recommend. Thanks to Ian for great communication, making the whole process so easy. You guys have a beautiful home, which was very comfy.
