Please note due to our suburban location we have noise restrictions & are therefore not suitable for non family groups (singles) or loud parties. The house is single storey, 5 bedroom, with air conditioning & wood fire. Within easy walking distance to the beautiful Dunsborough Bay & to all the shops/restaurants located in the town centre. We have a secure backyard for children and/or a dog (maximum number 2 dogs). Linen is provided.

A beautiful place to stay if you want to get away but also close enough from Perth & Mandurah that makes you feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was everything we needed and it really felt like our place away from home. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax but also close enough to go on a few day trips while you’re there.

Loved the house, it was clean, comfortable, and huge. Great soap options provided and comfortable beds. Nice beach and walking trail nearby. Peaceful location, though we had to drive quite a bit to get to the city centre. Wild kangaroos wandering around the neighbourhood, lol. Nice backyard area too with a relaxing hammock.

My husband, our sons and grandsons spent two nights at Gail’s house. Each and every one of them raved about the house. Amazing stay!! Had everything you needed for a family. Very clean, comfortable with a decent sized backyard for kids to play with a swing my babies loved it. I loved how they really catered for families including a portacot, high chair and plastic utensils and plates. We have stayed in many Air bnbs with our family and this one is at the top of our list of favourites! Also hosts were very responsive and helpful to our messages. Highly recommend.

A great stay right on the beach. Access to ocean toys and bikes a plus. Matt was very responsive at every moment. Lovely location and was a perfect place for a friends’ getaway. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean a plus. Very large comfy couch inside for relaxed natterings. Would definitely stay again
