Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

A very comfortable stay in a mix of historic and modern surroundings. A lot of steps but not unexpected. Close to amenities. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, a lovely stay!

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Wir hatten einen einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt in Chris Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist gut gelaufen und insgesamt hat alles super funktioniert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Utrecht.

What a wonderful place in the heart of a wonderful city. The apartment is spacious, full of light and the interior is just marvelous. Plus it’s located in Amersfoort best neighborhood, central yet calm and private. Linda is a very kind host, and we felt it upon entering the place.

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.

Ich habe 5 Nächte in dem schönen Hobbit Studio verbringen dürfen und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Astrid & Ed waren sehr gute Gastgeber und haben mich sehr nett empfangen. Sie waren gut erreichbar und haben mich stets umfassend informiert. Das Studio war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Es ist bestens durchdacht und daher fehlte es an nichts.

We loved our stay in Utrecht at Frouke’s place. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and a short bus ride or cycle to the city centre. The place itself is so charming and was spotless! Her garden is especially lovely. Frouke was a fantastic host providing clear instructions and good recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in Amsterdam in Adam’s place. The location is very central and walkable all around. The place is quiet and you can enjoy a small balcony. I recommend.

De attenties bij de ontvangst en de vriendelijke host gaven ons direct een erg warm gevoel. Het huis ligt in een levendige gezellige buurt en toch hadden we hier totaal geen last van in de slaapkamers. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en konden de vogeltjes horen vroeg in de ochtend. Misschien komen we nog wel eens terug met ons gezin.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Katja was super proactive in reaching out to make sure that the entire stay was incredibly welcoming and always tried to be helpful. The place is located in a fantastic spot with lots of easy access to public transportation. Her rooftop was a highlight on a sunny day, and the kitchen is honestly a gem to anybody, who enjoys cooking. The pictures are accurate, but if you see the whole Airbnb in person, it is even better! If you are in Amsterdam with a group of 3-4 people, this place cannot be topped! Incredibly thankful! Dankjewel!

Appartement bien situé et à proximité d’Amterdam. Belle lumière dans l’appartement, mobilier choisi avec goût.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits chez Jeroen. Le logement était conforme à la description, lumineux et confortable. L'accès par le boîtier à clef est pratique pour arriver à toute heure. On s'y sent en sécurité. A 15 min pied de la gare avec accès très facile au centre ville d'Amsterdam par le train en quelques stations. A 30 min pied du site des moulins, village très sympa à faire ! Jeroen nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur le logement et les alentours ainsi que des conseils pratiques très appréciés. Merci !

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unser kleiner Sohn hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt, was uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. Peet был невероятно внимательным и отзывчивым хозяином — дал чёткие инструкции, быстро отвечал на сообщения и с готовностью помог, когда у меня возник вопрос по технике. Квартира очень уютная, чистая и отлично расположена. Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было под рукой. Особенно порадовало наличие мелочей, таких как яйцеварка и подробная инструкция по дому — видно, что хозяин действительно заботится о гостях. Рекомендую с уверенностью и с удовольствием вернусь снова!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Accueil chaleureux. Appartement calme, lumineux, tranquille, super propre et confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée, à proximité du centre historique, restaurants, supermarchés, de la gare et de tous les services. Excellente communication. Parmi une de nos bonnes expériences. We had a lovely stay in this flat! Very spacious with lots of windows and light - even better than the photos. Centrally located, private and bed was super comfortable! Would recommend and stay again, Sarita was an accommodating host and very friendly.
