We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Villa quá tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ cuối tuần! Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cả nhóm mình đặc biệt thích phòng karaoke và bàn bi-a, tối nào cũng quây quần vui chơi. Hồ bơi thì sạch, có khu vực thư giãn rất chill. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, phản hồi nhanh chóng. Nhất định sẽ quay lại!

很棒的一整個房屋，晚上安靜、私隱度高。地庫有KTV房和桌球可供玩樂。房主在冰箱還備了飲料跟啤酒，還有零食可以跟朋友坐下吃東西聊天。當然零食跟飲料要收費，價錢合理。

This was a nicely designed, clean, modern, spacious room with kitchenette. The front door is on a very small quiet street off of a very busy street. We liked the small/quiet neighborhood nearby that has good coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts had a guidebook that provided some good suggestions for restaurants and services. We would definitely stay here again.

Besides the missing tv's of what was advertised from the pictures. The views from all rooms were incredible!!!

We stayed for 5 nights at this studio in Saigon whilst visiting family and it was very well located to explore Thao Dien and get in to D1. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was very easy. I would recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter district in the city, and if you’re looking to explore Thao Dien in depth (which has great food and coffee!)

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

De accommodatie is perfect als je niet in het drukke district 1 wilt zitten, maar wel binnen een x-aantal minuten er kan zijn.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

It was clean, bathroom ceiling needs some repairs, it is private, peaceful, no noisy neighbours, the place is pretty, comfortable. The only downside was that, instructions on how to check-in weren't given until I messaged the host, in comparison to all the hosts we had from the past which was smooth all the time. It amazed me that it sent an automated message at the end of your stay, to throw your own trash at the garbage room in the hallway of the 15th floor and to turn off the electric buttons in the control panel of the apartment, but, no automated message on the day we are about to check-in. We are respectful of other's property, but I think, there is no need for the host to give their client's a tasks before leaving, somehow it felt a little off to my husband and my son. They should have someone ti check it by themselves. All in all a pleasant stay, also recommendable. Thanks to the host
