Last minute? 1-2 nights? Please inquire!! This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 min drive. Close to BU. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Art House Bird Sanctuary at EBC Sculpture Park

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park being Developed by the artist Tom and Carol Holmes. The Park is 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views, bordered by two streams and woodlands. The views are magnificent. The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills 1000 feet up from the road. The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
