Lovely weekend get away from NYC. Beautiful home with lovely decor. The bedrooms were cozy and with comfy beds. Wonderful deck to enjoy the beautiful view and the backyard was great, our dog enjoyed running around.

The flexibility for Ck in & Ck Out is hard to find. Lots of Clean Space in the house, Very Friendly and helpful People. Would definitely recommend and come back .👍👍

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

This beautiful and private home was very clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed the very clean hot tub and slept well in the comfortable king bed. Anya was responsive and communicated well. Our stay was great and we would recommend this place for sure!

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Accommodations are excellent! I slept great every night. The restaurant Potocka's serve excellent food and has excellent servers . This is my third stay with Gary. I plan to continue staying with Gary upon all future visits to Greene!

We had a great stay from start to finish. We loved the location and easily walked to the Commons for the shopping and restaurants. The private parking worked wonderfully. As for the apartment itself--it looked just like the photos. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, bathroom as well. Hot water and great towels made getting ready easy. The bed was super comfy which is always one of the reasons we don't like to take chances on Airbnbs. We loved the decor and all the space. Major bonus over a Marriott room nearby. Will definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

We spent a wonderful time at the villa in Narrowsburg. It is very spacious. The house was perfect for our big group of family and friends. The pool is a wonderful addition to the the gorgeous view. Our kids loved the pool. It is well maintained and was very warm, which our kids loved. This was our first time we had a the chance to sit all of around one table :) to eat. All bedrooms are neat and very comfortable. Our host, Steven, is extremely friendly. He got back to us right away with any questions and concerns. We would highly recommend it to any big families. There are plenty of hiking area in very close distance. We hope to return in the future.

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!
