The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Ground floor: one bedroom with shower room and toilet (access by external staircase, no internal staircase) outdoor dining area.
