Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) fr Tagbilaran City. The lot borders the sea! Built 2012, well maintained. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 4 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower ( hot water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool.
