The apartment is situated in a new residential building, in the vicinity of Prima shops and Lotus retail park, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Inside the apartment everything is brand new, from modern custom furniture, to towels, bed linens, mattress, appliances and everything the kitchen is equipped with. Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Heritage Blue House from 1903 / Marin village

The house was built in 1903 on a traditional technique combining wood, hay, manure and clay. It's decorated according to the local traditional style, the same way locals used to decorate their houses in the past century and all the textiles and most of the furniture are inherited from my grandmother. The blue color is representative for traditional houses around the country. We're glad to welcome you in our cozy place and to share with you a part of our culture.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
