Lake house vacation rentals in Biggesee

Everything went great. We were very happy. Stefan gave us all the freedom and provided us with quick uncomplicated help. The location is really nice!

Mireille is an incredibly great host. We felt well taken care of even before arriving at the property. The property has a perfect location right on Lake Phöenix in Dortmund and is very easy to reach. It was exactly as in the description, had everything you would want and was very clean & tidy. Mireille is very hospitable, accommodating and always make sure her guests don't miss anything. We would always come back & 100% recommend.

Felix was very friendly and super accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times. Always responded quickly and kindly. Place was nice and quiet , idyllic and close to the lake.

The fact that I have been booking with the Heyer-Lutz family for so many years shows that I feel very comfortable. I'm almost part of the family now :-) Always happy to be with this great family.

I traveled with my sister and our two dogs. The communication was courteous, detailed and friendly from the start. We received all the important information we needed for check-in, which went smoothly, for example. The premises were as described and as seen in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped - also with oil, some spices, baking paper and other things. The bathroom looks very new. The bedrooms are cozy and the blinds invite you to sleep longer:) The surrounding area is ideal for walking or hiking - so not only we, but also our dogs got their money's worth. Lake Hennesee is simply fantastically beautiful - even in winter. We will be happy to come back!

Super 3 nights with all the kids and their friends and girlfriend. Plenty of parking spaces for all cars, charger for electric car within walking distance. Close to the center with nice restaurants. In 5 minutes you can reach the slopes by car. House is perfect, we were with 8 people, and used the middle apartment to have breakfast and sit in the evening and play a game. Communication also went well, questions were answered quickly. Here you can stay well with 8 people. Super 👍🏻

Great place, lot’s of room. Beautifull view.

We were already guests two years ago and will also be happy to come back. The apartment is well equipped, the landlords incredibly nice and accommodating and the location is beautiful. The Birkenhof distillery is just a stone's throw away and the view from the window in the morning is truly breathtaking. We spent a wonderful girls weekend in Alpenrod and felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the great time!
