The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

Die „DomSuite Erfurt“ ist unsere zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen, anliegenden Seitengasse, die Kettenstraße. In unserer Wohnung bieten wir Ihnen kostenfreies WLAN und Blick in Richtung Domplatz. Die moderne und luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, sepertem Bad und einem Balkon in den Innenhof.

Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.
