A szálláshely parkolási lehetőséget kínál, 150 m-re, őrzött parkolóban ,ahol a lakáshoz a kulcsot is át tudják venni. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Szuper kis hely elvonulásra, kikapcsolódásra mindenkinek aki a városi forgatagból szeretne egy kicsit kiszorulni.Gergő a házigazda nagyon segítőkész és mindig elérhető,klasszul felszerelt szállása és a környék mindenkinek ajánlott terápia. Mi csak pár napot töltöttūnk itt egy másik program előtt, de bármikor szívesen visszatérünk ha lesz rá időnk újra.

We stayed for 3days in the tree house. My children enjoyed so much and they loved this place . There are thermal bath in 5mins by car and shops,so we can enjoy around house as well. You MUST try the bread and syrup which can order. We come back sooner 🥰 Thank u for Mr.Roeland family ❤️

A szállás mindennel is felszerelt volt egy 4 fős család pihenéséhez. Az előterében zavartalanul lehet étkezni, a füves területen pedig labdázni a gyerekekkel. A házigazda perceken belül válaszolt minden üzenetemre. Egyértelműen bátran ajánlom a helyet és a vendéglátót is!
