Miss Lourdes was so nice! Her place is beautiful, would recommend for tourists or groups of (3-5) that need a clean, comfortable place to stay! It’s a bit of a journey going inside this property but tricycles are available everywhere! It’s around 5-10 minutes from the town proper. All good fun! Staff were super friendly. Highlights were probably: the cleanliness of the whole property, the privacy and safety! It was great 😊

The stay was great. The apartment is even nicer than shown on the pictures. The property is large and directly at the sea. We had a small terrace on which there were always good temperatures. In the kitchen all utensils are available and clean. We have been warmly and helpful from Andre and Gerda. We also got a small wifi router. The rented motorbike was 1a. We can only recommend the stay for some relaxing days.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. The host and his mom were very nice. We just wanted a place to sleep in on our way to Sorsogon. We arrived super late but we didn’t encounter any issues checking in. The mom even met us when we arrived. Laurenz made sure to check with us until we are settled.

Location - near SM Daet (which makes it very convenient) and other food places, even has a 24/7 lugawan nearby which is very helpful for when you’re in need Communication - host wasn’t too specific, didn’t tell us whom to look for, which door to knock or what is the exact pin in Maps. We were able to find the exact place only thru the picture in the listing. But given that we only booked the morning of our stay, I think it’s understandable. Parking - we were able to park our two cars (since we’re 8pax) just fine, good thing that there weren’t any other cars beside us. If there were, I wasn’t so sure how we’ll be able to park. Amenities - there were two crs instead of one (which was the number in the listing) so it’s nice! Kitchen is outside the room and is available for all tenants(?), no issue with that. Helper - I forgot to ask for his name but he was such a big help during our stay. Thank you so much, kuya!!! Price - Really worth it, 💯affordable and just right! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable space to relax in. All the amenities were provided. The room was also very quiet, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was in perfect order, and the entire booking and check-in process went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it!

My fam and I had the pleasure of staying at Balai B&R for five days while I attended a convention in Sorsogon. From the moment we arrived, Edward and Kim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Edward was quick and responsive to our needs from buying a drying rack nung na notice niya na nag sampay kami outside the unit to replacing some of our outdated complementary amenities. They also provided complimentary breakfast for all FIVE days, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring. The glasshouse unit was cozy, airy, and filled with natural light while still providing privacy. Its location is ideal—close to SM Sorsogon and Rompeolas, making it easy to buy necessities and find affordable places to eat. May sarisari stores din around the area for extra convenience. Edward also offered airport transfers at a reasonable price, with a tour of the area, which was a personal touch we appreciated. I highly recommend their airbnb! 💯

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests

We had a wonderful stay. The place was incredibly amazing and felt like a true home away from home. The internet connection was reliable which is perfect for remote work. I also felt super secure throughout my stay because the place has 24/7 cctv with the premises. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed , making easy to cook my own meal. Also, Ms Mely was super responsive anytime of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great overall experience.
