This quiet and centrally located apartment has its own entrance/hallway, two rooms and en-suite bathroom. There is a double bed, kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A hotspot guarantees good internet. A parking space is on the premises. It is only 200 m to the tram (19 min- > Darmstadt) and in 15 minutes you are at the train station by bus. Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.
