What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

The space was clean, tidy and spacious. Achmit was very flexible to allow us to arrive and leave later. He was also very responsive when there was a problem with the safe. Thanks for everything again.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. This small apartment is perfect for a couple / two people. It is located near the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, several charming restaurants and cafes, as well as the metro. Everything was clean and matched the shared photos. Morad was communicative and very nice. Recommended!

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

My family had a great time in Paris at Gio's place. The flat was clean, welcoming, and in a great location. Gio was available to answer any questions and would promptly get back to us within minutes.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Wonderful little place right outside Paris, great for couples to relax. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would recommend for anyone going to Paris for holiday. Very responsive host and gives clear instructions for the apartment.

The apartment is really great and perfect for 2 persons. There's plenty of room. Especially the location is appealing, as the apartment is not in the center of Paris, but you can still be in the city center in just under 20 minutes by train. Oussama was very friendly and helpful and even came by to help us with the stove. Really very accommodating and a very nice host, we would always book there again!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in throughout France. Cozy apartment very well equipped and comfortable at all levels, very nice decor, breathtaking view over Paris from the garden which is beautiful. My two boys really enjoyed the basement with the full gym, ping-pong table, foosball and the cherry on the cake, the sauna with LED and bluetooth to play music. A real family apartment. I recommend it 1000 times.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort.
