Excellent emplacement dans un bel immeuble ancien, la chambre et la salle de bains très propres, sont spacieuses, au calme, bien équipées, le lit est confortable et l'accueil d'Adelaide au top, très soucieuse du bien être des voyageurs. Je recommande vivement.

Anne is a very nice lady. She cares for her guests. Her apartment is an artist apartment which is very rare in Paris. I lived in Paris before. I was with my granddaughter and I chose it because Anne's place represents the typical historic parisien apartment; location, top 7th floor (less noise, better view) a typical parisien balcony with flowers, thyme, vines and strawberries. The view of the Eiffel tower is a Plus. I loved the wooden floors. This Artist family displays a rich history, books, paintings, pictures, photographs, paintings, sculptures, travel artifacts that projects you in the past and in other countries to discover. This is not the modern apartment with a/c but a real Parisien apartment experience which you should experience. Thank Anne for sharing it.

Mon séjour d'une semaine chez Margaret a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est bien équipée, le lit est confortable et une fenêtre donne sur le jardin. C'est très calme et pourtant on peut rejoindre la rue commerçante de Vincennes en quelques minutes à pied. Paris est à environ 20 minutes en métro (ligne 1) ou en RER sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai eu de belles et intéressantes discussions avec Margaret. Elle et son colocataire sont des personnes très agréables et discrètes. Je peux recommander ce logement à 150 %. Merci pour cette bonne semaine Margaret.

Un très bon accueil par Vanessa. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Versailles à pied. La maison est au calme et le petit coin terrasse ombragé permet de prendre le repas dehors.

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The room worked well for my granddaughter and I. Easy to get around. Lots of nearby restaurants. Farmers Market nearby on Saturday.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!

Blandine est une hôte chaleureuse et bienveillante. La chambre est très propre et bénéficie d'une SDB privative. Le logement est hyper bien situé, à proximité de nombreuses attractions et surtout très facile d'accès. Blandine nous a si bien guidés. Elle est beaucoup dans la communication et dans l'échange. Nous avons apprécié ces petits moments autour du café du matin. Elle est disponible et de bons conseils. Une petite pépite à surtout bien garder dans son carnet d'adresse. Merci Blandine. Nous reviendrons.

Fabienne and her friends were incredibly kind. They were great hosts who proactively sent us very detailed directions to their home before our arrival. It was very easy to find because of this. They provided us with coffee and breakfast which was lovely. Their home is very nice and has a beautiful garden. We tried many of their restaurant recommendations and we loved them all. Their home is in a very good location and close to public transportation. We will definitely return to Paris and would love to stay here again.

Maren and Jochen were friendly and accommodating hosts during our 5 day trip. We enjoyed a nice breakfast to start our days and was nice to return to such a charming space after a long day of sight seeing. The location is an easy 7 min walk to the nearest train station making it convenient for exploring all Paris has to offer. The location has a bar and some restaurants down the street as well as grocery stores for snacks. We would be happy to stay with them again.

동네가 마레지구라 주변 환경이 깔끔하고 고풍스러운 건물도 많고 주변 상점들도 많았습니다 동네가 아름다워서 추천하고 싶습니다 지하철 역과도 가까웠고 1층이라 살짝 소음이 들릴 수 있는데 창문이 소음 차단을 잘해줘서 여행 후 기절하면 중간에 깨는 일 없이 잘 수 있습니다 Morgan님이 제공해주는 조식도 너무 좋았고 정말 친절하셔서 행복한 숙소였습니다 28인치 캐리어 구석에 펼칠 순 있는데그러면 통로가 막혀 불편하긴 합니다 화장실도 작아서 성인 남자면 힘들 수 있습니다 여성 두분 여행 할 때 추천하는 숙소이고 화장실은 작지만 정말 깔끔했고 드라이기 바람도 세고 면봉이랑 화장솜도 있고 티슈도 두껍고 중앙에 거울이 크게 있어서 좋았습니다 침대도 크고 매트리스 푹신해서 좋았습니다 웬만한 관광지랑 모두 가까워서 완전 추천하는 숙소입니다

Room of generous space considering its location, also very sound proof at night. Fabrice is an attentive host. I can recommend.

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons fait appel à Fabienne pour héberger des hôtes à l’occasion d’une fête de famille. Son logement est très y pratique car il est très proche de chez nous. Mais au-delà de cette proximité, il se situe proche de la gare, ce qui est facile pour aller à Versailles et vers Paris. L’accueil a été plus que parfait, très chaleureux et facile pour se mettre d’accord sur la récupération des clés. La chambre est très jolie, bien entretenue, conforme aux photos. Le petit déjeuner n’aurait pas été nécessaire dans notre cas, mais il a été très apprécié, copieux et délicieux. À recommander les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour de plusieurs jours chez Serge et Gaétane, très accueillants et dans un super cadre. La communication a été excellente tout comme la maison fidèle à la descriptive et le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur de sa réputation!! On recommande à 100%

Nous recommandons ce logement pour tout celles et ceux qui recherche un endroit agréable où restait pour des concerts prévus à l’accor arena, il est parfaitement situé, très confortable et pratique. Les hôtes sont accueillant, à l’écoute, généreux et chaleureux avec nous. Le logement était si propre que l’on pensait être dans une chambre d’hôtel. Avec le petit déjeuner inclus qui est un vrai plus ! N’hésitez plus c’est le logement adéquate dans le parc de Bercy.

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçues chez Isabelle. Son fils nous a très gentiment présenté le logement qui était au delà de nos attentes. La literie est de très bonne qualité garantissant de belles nuits réparatrices. La localisation est géniale, et nous avons pu profiter de la jolie lumière sur la cour intérieure. Isabelle a été d’une gentillesse inouïe tout le long du séjour ce qui nous a beaucoup touché ! Je recommande vivement !

Très bon séjour chez Youssef, il nous a accueilli avec sympathie. Le logement propre et correspond à la description, Youssef est respectueux et très discret.

Beautiful and clean apartment in a gorgeous complex. Isabelle stayed in the room next door and you have the master to yourself. Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy and independent. Isabelle is so kind and serves breakfast in the morning. Thank you for having me!! I would definitely come again

I absolutely loved my stay at Karine's place! After spending time in Paris city center I was so happy i booked her space just outside the city. The apartment is so beautiful, homely, cosy, and equipped with everything you need- and more. I loved the little outside area, the large windows that offer great natural light. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was big enough for one person. I felt right at home in Karine's apartment, using the kitchen space and enjoying her amazing book collection. The area and small town has many great bakeries, restaurants and shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk from various close by bus stations - or a quick 20min walk to a large metro strop. The area is relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I also felt really safe walking at night from the metro stop back to the apartment. I met Karine briefly and wish we had more time to get to know one another. I will be staying in her apartment the next time i have to visit Paris. Thanks Karine!

The room and house are quite comfortable and bathroom/shower are great, we appreciated having a nice space to rest in during our time in Paris. David was very communicative and helpful with everything we needed and was quite flexible to accommodate our needs which we were grateful for. Highly recommend
