Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bexleyheath

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

Enjoyed our stay! The location was close to the tube, bus, shops, and restaurants. Reggie was very accommodating with check in and check out. He checked regularly to see if we needed anything. Would definately recommend this place! Terrific host and his assistant! Thank you for hosting us and would stay again if we are in London!

Such a fantastic property! The smart home features for use with the hot tub, AC, lights etc were a really nice touch. The host was more than helpful and welcomed us into the house and gave us lots of info about the local area.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

Great unit that was close to transportation. Unit was in a safe area. Unit was clean and well equipped. Our host Brett was easy to get ahold of and represented the unit accurately. Would highly recommend.

A gem of a place, and a gem of a host. Top notch all around. Will be my go-to in Notting Hill.

Host was lovely. Polite, helpful and quick to help with all queries i had. Place itself was perfect for our little getaway to see family. Garden was great size for dogs to chill outside when needed. Kitchen had everything needed when away from home. Overal very happy with the service and home will definitely use again when visiting next.

Truly wonderful location - we walked EVERYWHERE .... Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Little Venice, Regent's Canal, Camden, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair .... A very easy commute from Heathrow to the apartment on the Elizabeth Line, alighting at Paddington Station with only a short walk then to the apartment. Ivo & Ann-Mari have thought of EVERYTHING, so the apartment was perfectly appointed - bed was super comfortable plus we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, REAL milk to make a cuppa (so very often not provided) and crumpets and jam for a snack - delicious ! We would like to also acknowledge their kind understanding and calmness when we realised we were 1 day short with our original booking and needed to stay 1 more night at very short notice ! A very good place and everything is very clear

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Pash is amazing. So responsive, easy going and absolutely helpful when we had a purse/bag stolen. (With everything in it plus phone.) He sent his friend with a key and we were met with the nicest man ever. 🥰 Thank you for making our shitty day better. An excellent place to stay in a great location with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a very short walk to Kew Gardens and Kew Gardens train station. Enjoyed the outdoor terrace and large living/dining room area. Highly recommended.

Very nice, cosy, and comfortable place near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Plenty of walkable locations; the place is quiet despite its location, and it really feels like home. Going to my favourite places to stay in London.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is cozy, well-located, and not far from the city center. Everything we needed was within walking distance. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring London.

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

Tara was very welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. The flat was well located with easy transport links nearby. We would definitely stay here again!😄

Jodi’s home is a great place to stay. We were going to a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and could walk easily there and to the restaurant afterwards. It’s also beautifully located looking out at London Fields. The home was well provided for, we had everything we needed and so much more. We loved the decor, there was so much to see and read. Thank you Jodi, you were so helpful too and we loved your home.

We had a fabulous long stay in Susan’s house. The house was perfect, spacious and homely and in a great location near Clapham high st and Clapham common with lots of nice shops, parks and close to lots of public transport. Susan was very welcoming and responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us during our stay.
