Vacation rentals with a patio in Beverly Hills, Kingston

It was wonderful staying at Francine’s lovely Airbnb with my family. The unit was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate all efforts in everything at the unit. (I forgot my cinnamon for porridge and it was there, i was amazed :-). The location was perfect : just a short distance from the National Stadium. Francine was an exceptional host: warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would certainly stay here again. Thank you, Francine, for a beautiful and memorable stay!

They stay was excellence the entire time. From the moment we booked the reservation, till we checked out. Shanique, provided everything we needed and was always attentive. Will definitely be staying here again.

I absolutely positively enjoyed my stay here. Literally a home away from home. 10/10 recommend. Trev is the hostess of the mostess lol. She was awesome.

Just two problems there’s no A/C in the living room and the A/C in the bedroom works off sensor so the only stays on when your asleep and the room door is close, so most of the time inside the house is hot. But other than that everything else is good

I loved it here. The view from the balcony was marvellous. The bed was firm & super comfortable. The bathroom was my favourite room. The kitchen had everything I needed and some. Christopher was responsive & accommodating. I truly enjoyed my time here & would most definitely consider another stay here. I would advise you bring an eye-mask if you like to have lie-ins. The security staff were kind also. Thank you Christopher for making my homecoming so memorable!

Great apartment. Squeaky clean and good location, near the Bob Marley museum, restaurants and bars. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, which is a must for me. Plenty of towels available. Tesona was quick and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again.

My stay at Tahari’s place was amazing, private and peaceful, definitely worth staying again

It’s a very beautiful home would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy quiet place. The Host was very nice and also very helpful and was always right there if you needed her.

A stay my friends and I will never forget. If you are looking to just get away from the city for a weekend, this is the place for you. We were checking in as a group of 5, with high hopes from the reviews deeming the place as a “life changing experience” and boy did Flutter house did exceed our expectations. The house is immediately felt like our home, a safe space. We were surrounded by beautiful flowers, a singing forest of trees (most beautiful bird songs woke us up every morning) and fresh crisp air. Amazing place for bird watchers and flora enthusiasts. A huge garden in the front to lay out in the grass to tan in morning and star gaze at night, as well as a cozy patio to chit chat over coffee. The house was very responsive, proactive and accurate in describing the home. They equipped us with tons of blankets and hot water to keep our entire group of 5, cozy for our entire stay. We hated leaving this haven in the Blue Mountains.

I enjoyed my stay at solace it felt like home.. Latoya was very welcoming and responsive, place was clean and well kept, neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I’m truly grateful for such an experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a spot in portmore that gives peace and comfort solace is the place, everything was smooth from checking in to checking out 10/10 would recommend. :)

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. Shadaie’s place was absolutely stunning. I felt right at home. It was clean and had everything I needed right at hand. The pictures do no justice, the front yard was beautiful and full of flowers and Lucious green trees. It’s the right comfort for you and your person or friend. I will most definitely be coming back. Shadaie on the other hand was inviting, responsive and understanding. She was literally right at your finger tips and she added a touch of everything into her home so really you don’t need anything. From Ac, Hot water, greenery decor and clean environment for your comfort.

Ms. Jennifer fixed up her place nicely. We were able to make breakfast and make some use of the kitchen which is well equipped. Modern upgrades and a cozy set up for a home away from home feeling. Her staff was friendly and helpful. My mom and auntie made friends with the groundskeeper man who would often leave us fresh fruit. Close to grocery, shops and restaurants and not far from most places. 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend Ms. Jennifer’s BNB to friends

It’s a Spectacular house, I would recommend anyone to go there and the host is a great person 100%. It’s a must go for everyone.

Kerice, was an amazing. Host, she gave amazing assistance and responded very well and fast to anything asked. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos. The yard is just so cute and great.,, will definitely stay again.

I will be using this as my home away from home. This is my go when i want to not be seen or heard. Love this place.

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

We felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our stay, thanks to the multiple layers of security—gated entrance, lobby desk, access card entry to both the building and our floor. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, just around the corner from Devon House Bakery. Ubers were super convenient and budget-friendly. The apartment itself was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfect for either a short visit or a long-term stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony view and made use of the rooftop pool, which even had a mini infinity pool—such a relaxing bonus. We need liquid detergent for our clothes and John and Celia were on it right away. We appreciated their responsiveness to everything. Can't wait to be back!

Another great stay. Sheldon is an exceptional host! The location is truly ideal, situated in the heart of Kingston and just a short walk from all the key spots. Communication with Sheldon was seamless; he was always easy to reach and quick to respond. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night, adding a magical touch to my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to my friends and family, and I can’t wait to stay here once again in the future!

I always enjoy my stay here, Stephen and Norene are very exceptional hosts, the place is very clean cosy and has everything you will ever need they always provide snacks and refreshments for your enjoyment. This will always be my go to place whenever I visit Jamaica. I highly recommend Stephen place if you want an enjoyable experience

Robert’s place is centrally located in new Kingston it’s very private and secure the apartment is very clean and it’s equipped with all the amenities needed for the course of my visit.This will be my place to stay whenever I visit Kingston Jamaica and I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for privacy and security
