5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Alloggio pulito, ordinato, comodo, dotato di tutto il necessario per godersi il soggiorno senza limiti. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 5’, parcheggio disponibile proprio in prossimità dell’ingresso. Host accogliente, ospitale, rapidissimo a rispondere i messaggi e molto gentile: al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una torta squisita! Voto complessivo 10/10, soggiorno super raccomandato!

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit erwachsenen Kindern in Gerra und hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet. Dafür ist die Unterkunft ideal, da man sich die Terrasse mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur herrlich. Das ist das Besondere an der Wohnung. Der Ort Gerra ist immer noch herrlich gemütlich, entspannt und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Einziger Nachteil am Haus ist, dass es hellhörig ist. Darauf wird jedoch bereits vor der Buchung hingewiesen und man kann sich darauf einstellen. Uns hat es nicht gestört…

Nous avons passés une semaine, début du mois de janvier, dans le chalet et c’était très confortable malgré les températures extérieures négatives. Les multiples points de chaleur (poêle à pellets, feu ouvert et radiateur) nous ont permis d’être parfaitement en confort et nous avions toujours du bois et du pellets en suffisance, mis à disposition. Notre hôte a été adorable et bienveillant. Le chalet était très propre ainsi que les draps et essuies disponibles ☺️ Le chalet est situé dans un endroit magnifique, très calme et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La région est très charmante, beaucoup de randos possible et de restaurants à tester. Je recommande aussi un passage à l’office du tourisme de Teglio, où nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés. Des vacances parfaites ! Rien à redire 😌 une grand grand merci !

The place was exactly what we needed. There are apartments for smaller groups or families and chalets for longer stays. We found our apartment in impeccable condition and we had a very friendly check-in experience. The lifts to either side of the Silvretta Montafon skiing area are in less than 10 minutes of walking distance to the accomodation, with the possibility of safely storing your skis and snowboards at the station. It was definitely worth our money and I can for sure think about booking there again.

Dit appartement is dé perfecte uitvalbasis om het noordelijk gedeelte van het Comomeer te verkennen. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, ideaal voor een gezin van 4 met een groot terras en tuintje waar je niet uitgekeken geraakt op het uitzicht. Dit appartement is ook geschikt voor jonge kinderen want je bent het onderste appartement (dus geen stress van onderburen). Er is winkeltje en restaurant op wandelafstand, voor de rest ben je zo (met de wagen of te voet voor de sportievelingen) in Domaso. De auto kan je parkeren in de garage wat handig is! Renata was uiterst vriendelijk en antwoordde altijd snel op berichten. Wat deden we zoal? We huurden mountinebikes, gingen zwemmen en suppen in/op het meer, gingen met de boot/auto op uitstap naar Bellano en Bellagio, we klomen meerdere hoogteparcours in het Adventurepark en wandelden in de bergen en langs de watervallen. Kortom: we raden dit appartement en de streek ten zeerste aan!

Die Unterkunft war in einer super Lage um Wassersport zu betreiben. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war sehr einfach und flexibel, so auch der Checkout. Bemerkenswert war außerdem der eigene Parkplatz und der Platz der einem in und an der Unterkunft geboten wurde. Wir kommen wieder!:)

Wir hatte eine fantastische Woche in Loredanas schönem Haus am Ende des kleinen Bergdorfs. Jeden Morgen hat uns die Sonne über dem Comer See durch das Fenster geweckt. Das Haus, das Interieur, die Terrasse, die duftenden Kräuter haben unseren Italienaufenthalt unvergleichlich gemacht. Wir sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit in guter Atmosphäre.
