Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here! Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Apartment Broche, vacation from everyday life

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Dog-friendly home. ENTIRE HOUSE: If you'd like to book the entire house, no problem. Only possible with a booking of 9 or more guests. CORONA UPDATE: To limit risks of transmission, I have moved to an apartment in the cellar. The kitchen and dining/living rooms may be used at any time. These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.

Small cottage with distant views of the Oberbergisches Land

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Holiday home retreat with whirlpool and sauna

The vacation home, already named as such by its previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of its name. It is a true place of peace and relaxation. A deposit of €200 must be paid on site, either in cash or via PayPal. Our house, with its 50 m², can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can imagine. The hot tub and sauna are, of course, something very special.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as an infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.

Dat Hexenhus - Small break in the Bergisches Land

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
