Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

Petar is an amazing host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! The flat was very modern and on the 9th floor which made it very quiet and cool. Petar himself is super friendly and gave us loads of tips which turned out to be great! I highly recommend staying at his place! :)

Lovely, modern refurbished apartment. everything you need in kitchen, very clean and veds were super comfortable. Great location to old town and Marjam park. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

I drove at Zorica's villa with 5 friends and honestly, we were a bit afraid of being disappointed before, but when we arrived we realized that the opposite was the case! Everything was clean - easy and very friendly contact, even a gift (!) and a lot of space outside to sit together as a group + the pool! It's a little outside, but it was just right for us. If you want, you can be in the city in a maximum of half an hour (either train, bus and Uber at night). Supermarkets are also within walking distance and the view is simply magnificent. I can only recommend the place:)

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Great place to rest, everything is on hand. Very good location, clean apartment, newly furnished. Magda has always answered any questions.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

Alenka is a super host, everything was very good and we felt at home.

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

Excellent, really great host and property

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
