Tiny house vacation rentals in Betina

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de woning van Borka. Bij aankomst werden we warm en erg gastvrij verwelkomd door Borka en haar partner. Ze hadden veel leuke en originele tips voor activiteiten in de buurt. De woning zelf was brandschoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Locatie was ideaal, net buiten de drukte, maar op loopafstand van meerdere stranden, de boukevard van Okrug Gornji en een supermarkt. In de buurt is er mooie natuur en zijn er leuke bezoekjes aan steden of dorpen te brengen (eventueel met de boot), zoals Trogir en Split. Een aanrader voor iedereen!

Nous avons passés une semaine inoubliable, au paradis... La maison est pratique. Les lits bien protégés des moustiques par des moustiquaires bien utile. La maison se situe face à l'unique plage de sable sur l'ile. L'eau est transparente (prévoir masque et tuba). L'île est joli, plusieurs sentiers permettent de la visiter, nous avons aimé celui qui part au milieu de l'île pour rattraper la côte face à une autre ile. Tihanna, son frère et ses parents sont au petit soin pour nous. Nous avions fait les courses avant de prendre le bateau et Boris (papa) nous a livré dans la semaine du pain... Possibilité de se faire livrer par le pêcheur local du poisson frais que son épouse cuisinne. Nous avons eu un joli cadeau d'arrivée ainsi qu'une belle livraison au milieu de notre séjour. Nous vous remercions encore d'avoir fait un aller retour avec le medecin pour notre fille de 8 ans. NOUS REVIENDRONS VITE... guillaume coralie

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Wunderschöne Natur, selten schönes Plätzchen.

Wir haben wunderbare 6 Nächte auf Solta verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte einen wunderbaren Balkon und unsere Hosts waren sehr gut erreichbar und gastfreundlich. Wir durften kroatische Spezialitäten probieren und konnten Neven und Anela jederzeit etwas fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Begeistert!

A very special and beautiful place with lots of privacy. The trees give cooling shade on hot days and the outdoor “living room” keeps you dry on rainy days. Amazing view and location. Lots of activities like a stand up paddle, canoes and darts are included. Ivan and his parent were perfect hosts that were attentive and kind. Would definitely come back

Diese perfekte Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften, idyllischen Garten ist der ideale Ort, um Entspannung und Ruhe zu finden. Mehrere Strände liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe; Trogir ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, Split per Fähre oder Bus erreichbar. Anja, ihre Mutter Ljerka und ihr Mann sind unglaublich gastfreundlich: frisches Obst aus dem Garten, zahlreiche Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und vor allem ihre Herzlichkeit haben unseren Urlaub bereichert und zu einer unvergesslich schönen Zeit gemacht. Das gemeinsame Abendessen mit dalmatinischem Fisch vom Grill in familiärer Atmosphäre wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verbracht und waren zu 110% mit allem zufrieden! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedem weiter, der einen entspannten und ruhigen Aufenthalt auf einer wunderschönen Insel in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment mit freundlichen Gastgebern sucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Anita’s place! The beautiful terrace, lush with greenery, provided a cool, shady retreat all day long. The location is perfect, just a short walk to stunning beaches, vibrant bars, and excellent restaurants. Anita was incredibly friendly and always available with great tips on local sights and dining spots, making her the perfect host. Thank you, Anita! We can’t wait to come back next summer! ❤️❤️

**"Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer – absolut empfehlenswert!"** Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Das Tiny House ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und hochwertigen Handtüchern. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich die Lage: Nur 3 Schritte bis zum Meer! Jeden Morgen mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen und abends den Sonnenuntergang direkt von der Terrasse aus zu genießen – unbezahlbar. Der Gastgeber Alexander war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis! We lagen zo goed als vrij op de heuvel met een prachtig uitzicht, de jaccuzi was met het warme weer ook echt heerlijk. Zo kon je toch lekker afkoelen en van het uitzicht genieten. De airco werkte goed, dus we konden goed slapen. Het is een groot terrein waardoor de hond ook vrij rond kon lopen. Trogir en split zijn dichtbij en ook andere restaurants in Kastela. Wij waren in het hoog seizoen en hier konden we ons rustig terug trekken.

It's a gem. If you are looking for a tranquil and lonely stay away from mainstream and noise, look no further. Ilija is a wonderful host, and even though we did not get to see him in person, he communicated quickly and effectively, and was very helpful with any requests. The house is located away from any neighbours (the nearest neighbour is about 150m down the road), and offers breathtaking sea and sunset views from the balcony. It's solar powered, which means that when there was a general outage on the island for two days, we did not even notice it until we were told by Matko, Ilija's friend. The nearest beach, Mala Rina, is 5 min walk, while Vela Rina, the big beach, is 15 min walk. A local market and a bread kiosk can be found at the port, they operate limited working hours, and it's about 25 min to get there on foot. There is also a man selling tomatoes, potatoes and fish from his boat. So while you can get basic products and other stuff on the island, the choice is rather limited, that's why bringing groceries and food supplies is strongly recommended. All in all, it's a perfect holiday well worth repeating!

The Elixir was a great secret getaway. Located on top of a hill, the tiny house provides everything you need for 2 with a bedroom, bathroom, small equipped kitchen and a couch with a TV. It is the only property within lots of kilometers, so you can really enjoy some privacy and calmness and recharge your batteries. The infinity pool area with its stunning views is definitely the highlight, even though the water was a bit cold for the weather end of September. The stone grill/oven opens the possibility for a nice bbq dinner which we enjoyed. We had a problem with the warm water for a short time, but Ivo was very responsive and offered to fix it the next day. Communication with the host was great. Thanks Ivo!

Die Unterkunft von Maja ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Grill die zum verweilen einlädt. Am Strand, wenige Meter von der Unterkunft, stehen zwei private Liegen der Unterkunft auf denen man die Sonne genießen kann. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig außerhalb von Pakostane wo man tolle Restaurant und Bars findet. Maja ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Beautiful house with everything you need. Great location for going to a festival at the Garden. Just worth noting the beach is a public one but we had no trouble with this. Also the walk to the festival requires you to walk along the road.

È stata un’incantevole sorpresa, nostra figlia di 5 anni super entusiasta di dormire nella casa degli gnomi! Abbiamo fatto una sola notte di passaggio in questo airbnb, peccato perché ci sarebbe piaciuto scoprire i dintorni, le cascate, il parco e le spiagge. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Consiglio a tutti i bambini di passare una notte magica in questo luogo.. bravi!

Beautiful place; clean, cosy, just on the beach. It was amazing to drink morning coffee and watch the sea or fall asleep with the sounds of waves and wind. Me and my family spend there wonderful time. Thanks Sabine ! It was pleasure! Your recommendations are perfect!

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub für Zwei! Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass das Haus so gut ausgestattet ist. Neben zahlreichen Küchenutensilien, Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen und Spielen war die Unterkunft sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der große Garten mit Hängematte, Grill und lauschigen Sitzplätzen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Baden direkt vorm Gartentor oder von einem der beiden Kiesstränge in der Nähe des Hauses ist absolut unproblematisch. Und falls es doch mal regnet, kann man sich gut auf dem bequemen Sofa vor dem Kamin einkuscheln. Das Nest liegt etwas abseits, ruhig zwischen kleineren Ferienwohnungen. Wer nicht nur entspannen will, kann zu Fuß zum Hafen Slatine laufen, um von dort eine Fähre nach Split zu nehmen, oder fährt mit dem Bus Richtung Trogir. Das schafft ebenso eine perfekte Ausgangslage für einen proaktiven Urlaub (wandern, schnorcheln, baden, Umgebung erkunden). Außerdem waren Klara&Bere immer super zu erreichen und absolut hilfsbereit - danke dafür!

Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu zweit bei Tin und seiner Mutter. Das Häuschen ist recht ruhig gelegen, wenig Menschen drum herum, je nach Windrichtung hört man allerdings etwas die anliegende Straße. Der Strandzugang ist beinahe exklusiv, man kann dort toll schnorcheln oder auch einfach nur die Sonne genießen. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft für all diejenigen empfehlen, die ihre Ruhe haben möchten und einen guten Ausgangspunkt haben möchten um die Gegend um Zadar in jede Himmelsrichtung erkunden möchten.

Schöne Unterkunft - tolle Anlage - direkt am Meer - wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden einen Aufenthalt aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen ! :)

Could not have faulted the stay at this wonderful little Air BNB. Everything was as described, 2 minute walk from the beach and great bars and restaurants. I very much enjoyed my time here and hope to return to this gorgeous petite Croation villa.
