The owner and her family were really sweet and nice. The house is very close to the beach and the water there was really nice too. The balcony had a really great view and was quite big.

Fantastic place with super nice hosts.Peaceful, quite with beautiful surroundings. Very close to Split's finest beaches and Marjan park. There are museum and galleries nearby and the city center is just 15. min walk.I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful villa right on the water. We enjoyed the large patio in rain and sunshine. The beds are so comfortable you'll feel like you're sleeping on Could 9. Kitchen, living and dining rooms are nice. Mislav was wonderful! We had lost luggage fiasco that delayed our arrival. He stayed in contact throughout the day and still met us in person with a smile. Thanks Mislav!

I had a short and very nice stay! Tomislav and his wife were very friendly. They recommended lots of things and I loved the view from the apartment. Although it's a bit tricky to get there Kali is beautiful and I couldnt imagine having a better start of the morning. The ferry to Zadar is near (one bustop or take a walk along the coast of 30 min). The only thing which was for me a bit difficult was finding a good/bigger supermarket. You have one where the busstop is, but I couldnt find at first. The little shops have some things, but if you want to eat something in house you should go to a bigger market. Tomislav and his wife are everytime near by if you need help. And due to the fact I had some bad experience in other apartments, I'd like to mention that the whole apartment was very clean and smelled very good 😍. I felt very comfortable. I would come again with more time and a car! 😊 Hvala vam puno!

Very nice place, very close to the sea, markets and commercial activities. Close to Zadar. In the quiet and cool evening thanks to olive trees and vineyards in the garden. Mate is very available and ready to help you with anything. Recommended for families and those who want to spend days relaxing. Nice vacation. Thanks to Mate and the grandfather who always brought us fresh fruit picked from the garden.

We had a lovely stay in a wonderful apartment! Perfect for a small family. Robert is very nice, has great taste and even sent photos and videos for our arrival so we know exactly how to park and get there (we arrived very late). The distance from the apartment to the beach is actually 20 m and you can just take your coffee and enjoy it on the beach. The small place is already very quiet at the end of October, almost all cafes and restaurants were already closed, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. There are beautiful beaches nearby and also otherwise many great places are close by. Thanks for a great holiday 😊

A little gem!!! We would have loved to stay longer, to keep this place just for us! Katarina's accommodation and its facilities are magnificent. We were lucky enough to be able to enjoy everything under a bright sun. Only drawback... we felt so good that we had no desire to visit the surroundings. A high point for tourists😂. Thank you for everything Katarina. We hope to be back!

The apartment was amazing with great views from both the front and side balconies. It was spotlessly clean with all amenities as described plus air con which was great, communication with Frane was very good and being able to get in early was a bonus. The geographical location was excellent as it took about 5/10 minutes to walk to the old town with a great variety of restaurants, water front promenades and historical buildings and it was also close to beaches or areas to be able to swim and be beside the water. It also was only a 10 minute but journey from the airport. I feel that there are two things to bear in mind when booking: the road below the apartment can get quite noisy if you sit out on the balcony and it is directly under the flight path from Split airport so there is noise from planes taking off which are quite low when they come over. However, if these two things are not an issue, which they were not for us, then I would not hesitate in booking this accommodation.

A great place with a large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi in the room. Near the beach and walking distance to the Marina where there are restaurants.
