Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt am Meer war perfekt. Ruhige Umgebung in einem kleinen Ort mit einigen Restaurants. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, jedoch ohne Auto kaum zu erreichen. Eine Kleinigkeit könnte besser sein, z.B. die Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und in der Dusche. Erwähnenswert ist die nette Hausherrin. Wir würden wiederkommen

Jerko was a great host who gave us lots of tips for the local area. We stayed across two of his apartments for dimensions festival and it was in a great location on 20 minutes walk away. The apartments were clean and tidy and we would definitely stay again. The only things we found we were missing was an oven or a toaster as the apartments only had electric hobs but we made it work. Thanks again for a great stay Jerko!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil simple et chaleureux de la part de Kristina et sa famille et Kristina elle-même à été très réactive quand c'était nécessaire. L'appartement est très propre, joliment décoré et fidèle à la description et aux photos et nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec une vue superbe sur le charmant village de Tisno et l'île de Murter. Une petite plage avec une vue magnifique également se trouve à 300m de l'appartement.. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Boli sme velmi spokojní. Pekná malá nepreplnená pláž kúsok od apartmánu, s podielom piesku, čisté more. Hostiteľka milá a nápomocná, apartmán čistý. Trochu vrzavé postele 🙂 klimatizácia v kuchyni bola v horúcich dňoch velmi užitočná .

Jure und Jures Eltern waren sehr gastfreundliche und extrem aufmerksame Gastgeber. Jure war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die sehr große Terrasse und Aussicht sind ein absolutes Highlight 🌞 Schöne, ruhige Lage! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist etwas veraltet, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, daher würden wir es definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Die Unterkunft war TOP. Ein richtig gelungenger Kurzurlaub mit Hund. Die Unterkunft ist absolut für Hunde geeignet. Aussicht einfach genial, privater Meerzugang mit Traumhaften klaren Wasser und einem tollen Außengrill. Die Terasse ist wunderschön zum Abendessen oder Kaffee trinken. 2 kleine Mängel: 1. Duschen war leider ab den 2. Tag nur mehr mit kalten Wasser möglich 2. Zufahrt ist schwierig vorallem mit sehr flachen Autos, ist aber mit etwas Geschick machbar. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Verfügbarkeit zum Laden vom EVs.

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Super! Een prachtige locatie, met een heerlijke tuin. Het huisje was mooi, schoon en ruim. En met Helena's welkom voelde we ons meteen thuis. We zaten op de eerste verdieping, en we hadden een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de zee en op het zwembad. Het zwembad en het terras werden elke dag schoongemaakt, zodat we daar heerlijk konden zwemmen. De zee en het centrum waren op loopafstand, een echte aanrader om een strandwandeling te maken! Helena was zeer aardig en behulpzaam, en had zelfs voor ons een babybedje en een stoeltje geregeld. 100% aanrader, ik zou graag nog een keer terugkomen!

Our family enjoyed staying at Renata's beautiful home! Renata and her family are so kind, welcoming and helpful. They were there to greet us with a beautiful tasty platter of meats and cheeses, local wine and olive oil. That was such a special treat. The surroundings are beautiful. It is located in a peaceful lovely area where you can feel at one with nature. We sat out by the pool, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and landscaping and had enjoyable meals around the kitchen table (we ate in one of the kitchens/dining areas). The home is so comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, we had plenty sheets, blankets, pillows, bathroom linens and space in which to live. Croatia is a wonderful country and we hope to return again some day. Thank you Renata, Tea and Fabio! It was so lovely to meet you and thankyou for coming to bid us farewell! It was fantastic!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

From the moment my wife and I arrived at the Bumbeta House, we felt very welcomed and right at home. Jelena's husband gave us a great tour of the house and lots of local recommendations. We had such a nice, relaxing, and peaceful time swimming and sun bathing. The pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight for us! The Bumbeta House was a magical experience for our first time in Croatia. I highly recommend and Jelena and her family truly are super hosts!
