We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful cottage. It was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of the mountain. Our 2 Miniature Schnauzers also had a fabulous time, they loved sniffing around in the garden. We felt safe leaving them alone during the day as there is nowhere for them to get out. Lynda is responsive and very accommodating. We highly recommend this cottage.

The Loft Room – A Stunning Gem! What an absolutely stunning and well-equipped self-catering Airbnb! My partner and I absolutely adored our stay. Trish and John were the perfect hosts – warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The property itself is breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to spot some wildlife during our visit, which made the experience even more special. The Loft was cozy, homey, and wonderfully quiet – the perfect place to relax, reset, and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean and clearly very well maintained. In our opinion, it’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in so far in South Africa. We’re already planning our return trip – highly recommended!

Our second time here and we loved it. Mariaan kindly checked us in, despite our very late arrival and had put on the heater in the room to ensure the room was warm when we got in. The attention to detail is so appreciated.

Beautiful area, peaceful. Relaxing and a very enjoyable stay. Also close to great areas to visit. Highlands brewery a fantastic location, worth a visit. I would recommend it and would definitely go there again.

Jacqueline was a wonderful friendly host. the house was exactly as per the photos, squeecky clean, well equipped and spacious. the only weak point is the location, the neighbours and dogs were a bit noisy, but not the fault of the host. the house is perfect for 3 couples , will recommend it without a doubt. thanks Jacqueline for your friendly and professional hosting. will definitely recommend this stay in Clarens
