The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again

We loved this place a lot , so we even revisited snd started again there towards the end of our vacation . It felt like home away home. There is a nice general store just outside the compound . The lush green view from Balconies reminded us of Costa Rica … It’s super clean, with all the things that would make one’s stay without any hassles. The numbered lock and elevator adds to the smooth entry and exit . So next time whenever we visit Goa; we will stay there so that we can enjoy the secluded south Goa beaches not very far from this location and the delicious seafood places too.

Had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s villa in Candolim. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Ricardo was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The staff, including the service guys and the reception team, were courteous and efficient. Location is excellent—easy access to scooty rentals and close to everything you’d want to explore in North Goa. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Candolim!

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

It is a truly amazing stay, with all amenities which you won't get at any hotel. You can even cook your own food. The stay is situated near candolium market and beach. We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Home away from home...... there are no words to describe the way Rohit planned everything for us..... He is a gem of a person just a phone call away and will arrange everything for you...... It was my family's first Goa visit but Rohit took care and planned everything..... the car rental at discounted price was arranged for us and the location is great where all beaches in North Goa are within 4 km range...... the house is loaded with evrything you could imagine- water purifier, microwave, refrigerator, functional gas, utensils, full hd projector, home theatre, ac in bedroom as well as in drawing room, another sofa cum bed....... the care takers Avdesh and Ram are worderful souls..... I was not well and Avdesh in odd hours got me the medicine...... I was obliged....... thank you Rohit ji for wonderful experience at your place, I would recommend and eagerly waiting for the next trip at your place.....
