We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

Once we had the details to get in, everything was straight forward. The apartment was tidy, clean and in good order, the bathroom was nice and clean and the balcony was large! Overall in good walking distance to the centre of the city as well. Very pleasant stay.

Great apartment, Joseph was very accommodating and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out too. There was a problem with the hot water and Joseph instantly came to fix it. Thank you and we would definitely visit again 🙂

The flat was really clean and exactly as listed. It was the perfect stay for my friends and I!

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Organised a little peaceful hen-do getaway, and this house was just perfect! Rooms were beautiful, everything was amazingly clean, felt right at home and all the girls loved it! Beautiful outdoor garden to relax as well as a lovely cinema room to enjoy watching some films with the girls. Host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Made our stay extremely comfortable! Would definitely reccomend this lovely house! Thank you!!!

We were looking for accommodation near to the Co-op Live venue and also close to the city centre and this property was perfect. It was only a 10 minute stroll to the venue and the city centre was just a short 10 minute bus journey away. The hosts were great at communicating and alway prompt in replying to messages. The property was as shown, and was absolutely spotlessly clean. Thank you

My family and I really loved Lewis & Melissa’s place. It’s clean, modern, and cozy. Stone throw away from high street, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s a gem in the city.

We had a wonderful stay! Michael was excellent with communication, quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire process. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. It’s in a good location with great transport links, which made getting around really easy. It’s an ideal base for exploring the area.

Place was clean and confortable with loads of room for parking. Got a good night's sleep Easy check in . Front door lock was a bit difficult to operate with key but we got in with a bit of a jigglying.

This house was so clean and spotless, that it was hard to find any fault with it! Beautifully decorated and clean from top to bottom. A great amount of amenities, including iron, hairdryer, oil, salt and pepper. As we were travelling with a child, having a high chair available AND childrens bowls and plates available was fantastic. The outdoor area was lovely, and we sat and enjoyed our dinner in the sun. The house is really close to many shops, so it was fantastic to nip out to Morrisons and be there within 5 minutes. We were there for a family wedding, and this was the perfect house to be in to get ready in the morning. Thank you Joanne!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob's at the weekend! Bob is a wonderful host, very friendly and has some amazing recommendations for local eateries! the place was just as advertised, spacious with a HUGE bed!! Very peaceful and calm surroundings, can't wait to go again!
