Sander is very receptive, communicative, and he is always ready to help. His house is so lovely. It contains everything we needed, it is perfecly cleaned, and the rooms are quite spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and is located near to supermarkets and to the bus stop. I highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located accommodation next to the historic Zandpoort. Despite the location very quiet. Everything is present and the apartment was very clean.

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. The support and guidance by Leon and Marleen is extremely friendly,accommodating and megatop.. My son and I spent 3 nights at this place. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed & shown our accommodation. We liked the surroundings the most, it was totally idyllic! The evening walks were magical. You can absolutely relax in this spot. If you walk a little further to the right from the property, you will find snack machines 👏🏻 where you can get drinks, snacks, organic eggs, even ice cream or meat products! A Lidl is also just 6 minutes away by car. We were allowed to use the large great garden & enjoyed our privacy. All in all, I would come back! Warm hosts, clean accommodation with everything you need & beautiful area.

Nice host responds quickly and is very friendly. Space is compact and practical. Amenities are very convenient (washing machine with drying function, induction plate, oven, dishwasher). The place was well cleaned prior to arriving. Finding front door was a little tricky but getting in very easy! Especially useful that you can take the keys and not always have to enter a code during your stay. Definitely recommended!

A nice starting point to discover Nijmegen. We had rented bikes and in 10-15 minutes you are in the middle of the center. The apartment is well maintained and clean. Small and nice and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Mirjam!

We had a fantastic stay at Jans place! The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jan was a great host, responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything is fine, would come back anytime. The apartment was clean, corresponded to the pictures and is also only a 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

We stayed for 3 nights for our annual rock festival in Tilburg. Everything was totally fine. Soft beds, complete kitchenette, nice compact shower, breakfast table, soft towels, welcome beer, discreet interaction, ... all complete. Beautiful area for walks and at the edge of a very welcoming and beautiful village. We hope to return next year!
