Very nicely located accommodation next to the historic Zandpoort. Despite the location very quiet. Everything is present and the apartment was very clean.

I could write an elaborate review listing all the virtues of this apartment and its hosts, but I prefer to be brief. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located apartment, with everything you need" "Friendly, attentive, nice, decisive hosts" We spent two months as if we were in our own home, I will definitely be back.

There were two of us in Eindhoven and had a lovely stay. The place is centrally located, bright, quiet and cozy. Everything you need is there, and Eric responded quickly to inquiries.

We used that accommodation for a very much needed night rest. It was quietly calm and the back yard was perfect to rest & unwind!

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. I had an amazing stay at this modern and well-equipped house. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is very clean. The neighborhood is lovely, and the location is great—easily accessible to both Rotterdam and Gouda by bus. The host was very responsive and always available in case of any issues. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful, green surrounding—such a lovely and refreshing spot. The house had everything I needed, fully equipped and comfortable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and if I ever visit this city again, I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very well located, well equipped and very pleasant.

My son and I spent 3 nights at this place. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed & shown our accommodation. We liked the surroundings the most, it was totally idyllic! The evening walks were magical. You can absolutely relax in this spot. If you walk a little further to the right from the property, you will find snack machines 👏🏻 where you can get drinks, snacks, organic eggs, even ice cream or meat products! A Lidl is also just 6 minutes away by car. We were allowed to use the large great garden & enjoyed our privacy. All in all, I would come back! Warm hosts, clean accommodation with everything you need & beautiful area.

The accommodation was the same as in the photos, everything was organized and clean. My only recommendation would be that they should provide more sheets

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.
