Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. In the heart of the medieval city, in a heritage-listed square, you will access the apartment by a spiral staircase. Located on the 2nd floor, it overlooks one of the central squares. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Summer and winter, many activities are offered, walks and hikes start at the foot of the ramparts. The ski resort 7 km away is accessible by shuttle. The 70 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen.

2-room apartment for 2 people, located in the Terre De Haut residence. A ski trail connects the residence to the area, allowing you to return on skis when there is sufficient snow. The rest of the year, it's the ascent of Puy de Sancy! With stunning views of the resort, Puy de Sancy and the Cantal Mountains, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!

This 40 m² apartment, completely renovated, will offer you all the comforts you need for your vacation or weekend. Nestled in the heart of Sancy, in Besse and Saint-Anastaise, with its many restaurants and shops a few minutes' walk away. In winter, you will be 10 minutes from Super Besse and its ski slopes (Shuttle to Super Besse 300 meters away). You can also enjoy countless hikes, lakes and nearby historical sites all year round.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

Studio on one level, located in the heart of the medieval city in a historic district and very quiet. All shops are nearby, as well as restaurants . Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide choice of activities is offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.
