In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. In the heart of the medieval city, in a heritage-listed square, you will access the apartment by a spiral staircase. Located on the 2nd floor, it overlooks one of the central squares. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Summer and winter, many activities are offered, walks and hikes start at the foot of the ramparts. The ski resort 7 km away is accessible by shuttle. The 70 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen.

Nestled in the heart of Sancy, in Besse and Saint-Anastaise, with its many restaurants and shops a few minutes' walk away. In winter, you will be 10 minutes from Super Besse and its ski slopes (Shuttle to Super Besse 300 meters away). You can also enjoy countless hikes, lakes and nearby historical sites all year round.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

Super-Besse station, located 7 km away, is served by regular shuttle in season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city.
