We spent a wonderful few days in this apartment and highly recommend it! The place was very clean, modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need – from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bed. The host was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Overall, an all-round successful break – we will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at Mohand's. The apartment looks 1:1 like the pictures, it is very clean and bright. The apartment is located in a quiet area and the bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. Value is unbeatable. A little tip: a full-length mirror, except in the bathroom, would not be bad.

Studio as advertised. Very clean, well-arranged. Very clear check-in instructions with messages and photos, impossible not to find. A parking space available to leave our vehicle and thus continue by public transport -> this is rare and super appreciable Welcome gifts: cakes, pear juice (very good), still and sparkling water with the still water in the fridge which was very nice, carton of milk, butter cookies, coffee In the bathroom, shower gels and shampoos are provided with towels Although the studio is upstairs and attic (converted attic), it is very bright and although it is warm, leaving it open on arrival and at night, it allowed us to spend pleasant and refreshing nights multiple power strips available for phones and other electrical devices to conclude, great stay and pleasantly surprised

Very welcoming and understanding host in view of my situation, responsiveness and pro activity. The accommodation was great, no complaints!

Typhaine's place was clean, stylish, and equipped with everything that makes a vacation relaxing and easy. Although the terrace is oriented towards a small one-way street, it was still good and protected to sit or eat there. The apartment has a parking space, which we were allowed to use free of charge. In addition, the Achėres-Ville train station is about a 20-minute walk away with a line to Paris/Center. A boulangerie is also just around the corner. The plus for a relaxing breakfast. Typhaine was always very communicative, helpful and friendly. If we had any questions or problems, we quickly got an answer. We highly recommend this place. Thank you, Typhaine!

Michel is a wonderful host and was very clear in his communication- instructions for check in were easy. He was super friendly throughout the stay, highly responsive and just a great help. The flat itself is absolutely perfect for a city trip but would be just as good for a longer stay. It is easy to reach and tucked away in a beautiful courtyard, very quiet. Everything is like in the pictures but better. Modern, perfectly clean, high quality furniture. We can’t recommend Michel and this flat highly enough.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!
