Waterfront vacation rentals in Beşiktaş

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming little pad in the Bebek neighborhood of Istanbul, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning—nestled in one of the most vibrant and picturesque areas of the city, with easy access to beautiful views and great spots to explore. The apartment itself was spotless clean and had such a thoughtful, design-driven aesthetic that made it feel extra special. Dogan, the host, was incredibly responsive and kind, always available if I needed anything. He made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, and I truly appreciated his hospitality. He even let us did a very late check out as our flight wasn't departing until later in the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming home base in Istanbul!

This cute apartment is right on the Bosphorus River in Bebek and the view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so one should be prepared to walk up and down the stairs multiple times (since there is no elevator):-) We had a lovely time in Bebek; we walked around the beautiful town, enjoyed visiting the cafes and restaurants right by the water. We would definitely come back!

The accommodation is very cute and close to great coffee shops, night life, supermarkets, as well as any store you may need. Also very close to Beşiktaş centre. The host is very responsive and when we had a problem with warm water, it was fixed within minutes. The apartment looks great from the outside and inside. When I realised I liked another flat in the apartment more, the host immodestly accommodated us in their other flat which was really kind of them. Highly recommend this accommodation.

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property look and feel, and host are overall very good. The host is very responsive The apartment has brilliant views The apartment is spacious enough and has all the needed amenities The apartment is located in a district that is nearby to most of Istanbul’s touristic attractions, and there’s also a ferry boat station that is located just under the apartment that you can take to go visit the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Not highly recommended for families with kids depending on their age, due to the surrounding area.

Niche's place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, airy, quiet, and a fantastic location. We received a recommendation from her for transport, which was great. The furnishings and dishes are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved walking everywhere. Niche also gave us some recommendations to procure the best charcuterie and mezes. Adorable bars and a bookstore/cafe within blocks, and the ferry to go across to the Asian side is a ten minute walk. Overall, we are looking forward to our next visit, and will definitely rebook here.

Очень хорошее жилье, на хорошей улице. Машины почти не ездят и ночью довольно тихо. Если хотите спать по ночам, то вам сюда. Хозяин встретил и передал ключи. Очень дружелюбный, все показал. В квартире имеется все необходимое и рабочее. Единственное, холодильник работал странно; размораживался моментами и становился мокрым.. Кровати удобные, сын спал очень хорошо. А это главное! Из минусов: прокуренная гостиная и пепельницы. К квартире курят, а для не курящих это - испытание. Подоконники в спальнях и гостиной довольно низкие, нужно быть очень осторожным. К тому же некоторая мебель просто разваливается. Во всем остальном мы отдохнули на славу и сыну очень понравилось. Спасибо и процветания вам.

Чистые комнаты и постельные белья, отлично подходит для семейного заселения из 5 человек, отдельно порадовал расположение, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности (Айя София, Султанахмет и.д.)

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
