Vacation rentals with beach access in Beşiktaş

Halil Ibrahim is an excellent owner. Very polite and decent. The apartment, clean and cozy. Ideal location, all nearby. Supermarkets, cafes, gyms, pharmacies and beauty salons. I am very glad that the house has an elevator, as I arrived with two suitcases. I'll be happy to come again. Thanks a lot!

First of all, thank you very much for your communication with Mr. Bğra, we were very satisfied with the house, it was like our home and the view was amazing, the girl tower, the sea looked very nice, and it was close to the Dolmabahce palace and public transportation was easy to reach everywhere, the only feature I was not satisfied with the house was the shortage and parking space. We found and put a parking spot on the day, and we did not move it from the place until we left, we used public transportation everywhere, I have a single request, the plates and glasses in the kitchen were also dirt, there was a lot of dirt in the kitchen, it could be a little more difficult. When I came to Istanbul, it was among the places I would prefer when I came to Istanbul. 🙏

Authentic place with a great view of the area and Bosphorus from the terrace. The apartment is clean and tidy, the host is very helpful and your own room is locked. Kitchen has everything you can imagine. There are beautiful cats roaming around the house and in the terrace. I was able to use the gramophone and listen to some records with the help of Mertbey, he is a a very nice host and I will visit this place again.

The house is large and very clean. The host is friendly. I will stay again next time.

From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. The hosts were kind and helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly despite our late arrival and early departure. We requested a mattress and a dish drying rack during our stay, and they provided both, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic, one of the most relaxed and charming neighborhoods in Istanbul, just a short walk from Bebek and the riverside. There are also three well-known grocery stores nearby, which was super convenient. Staying in one of these slightly vintage, local houses offers a different experience compared to the more modern apartments and residential complexes in Istanbul. Worth trying if looking for something with character!

A quiet and cozy place at the heart of Üskudär, ideal for a family get away. Seda is a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartment exactly as in the photos,very close to the Grand Bazaar and tram/metro station;shops,restaurants and cafes very close to the location. Considering that it is in the semi-basement, it is a little harder with the ventilation of the rooms but the door to one of the bedrooms is useful for such a thing. It has everything you need during the stay at a reasonable price.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Mustafa is a great host. Very helpful. Apartment is in an amazing location. Will definitely come back here again.

Such a wonderful place! It was our second time staying here and it's our favorite on the islands. So clean and also close to the water and all the shops without having to go up too much of a hill. 😊

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10
