Very much impressed with the way Senthil guided through out the stay. The property was too clean and in particular, the kitchen had everything that was required for a simple cooking. My kids were very happy to spend time in inside home in the evenings. A cozy stay for a small family.

We had a long stay at this place with kids. The place perfectly suited to our requirement. The host Malini was very proactive and helpful that made our stay without any hassles. About the property : Two bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room is having fan. Kitchen is well thought for short and long stays. We had a great stay at Malini’s place. I would absolutely recommend this place for short or long stays for a family of 3 or 4.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The host family, especially Vasu Chettan and Amma, treated me like one of their own. Their warmth and hospitality truly made my experience special. They were always just a call away and went out of their way to help me find places and navigate routes in Chennai. The home is well-maintained, clean, and comes with a proper kitchenette – perfect for anyone who prefers cooking their own meals. Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Chandrasekharan and the caretaker Mukundan are very nice individuals who offer a very comfortable stay. All they ask is that you respect their place and please do treat the house as your own. We were in and out of the house as we had to get a few things done although were very comfortable when we went back to sleep. Would highly recommend it if you're travelling to shop in and around the area or even T.nagar!

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Good place to stay

I booked Ceann's to host the Bride's family during my wedding. The place felt like home. Everything was arranged before we reached there. The host was very friendly and assisted us whenever needed. The house was comfortable good for family gathering of about 8 to 12 people. Everything was pristine and clean. I would definitely recommend the place and will also use it in the future. Thanks

For me Mr.Arun's place is convenient because of it close proximity to SRMC where we go for the annual medical check ups. He and his family have always been very responsive and accomodating.Apartment is maintained well and I am happy to see the consistency since this is my second stay there. I would definitely recommend this place to others who want to stay near SRMC, Saveetha campus and Poonamallee.
