Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! If you are looking for a private, peaceful place - this is it. The home itself is spacious and has everything you will need. But, it is the outdoors that really make it special. My kids absolutely loved the river - we spent so much time down there playing in the (very cold) water. This was a lovely halfway point in our trip to reset, enjoy nature and have some quiet before continuing on to Rome.

It is hard to find the superlatives to describe this absolutely wonderful villa. We spent 3 nights there with a group of 8 friends and really did not want to leave. The setting of the property is even more amazing than on the pictures: a shady terrace overlooking a beautiful garden with a pool in the middle, surrounded by lush hillsides and sweeping views of the valley beneath - all of this in complete calm, peace and quiet. Really, like in a dream. Moreover, the place is extremely well-equipped, with a separate BBQ room, pizza oven, changing rooms/towels/sunbeds for the pool area, extra-large fridge and full kitchen with all the modern amenities. Everything was spotless clean. You can also feel the attention to little details in all aspects of the villa. The location is quite remote, so better to come by car. Virginia and Daniela were super kind and delightful, + very easy to communicate with (they live in an attached house). They even offer dinner from locally grown food. Great stay!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

Our stay felt like something out of a movie. Janine has decorated the home with love and attention to detail. We loved the pool and decided to spend a day doing nothing but lazing by the pool eating home cooked food in the amazing kitchen. Memories were made here and we will 100%. Return for a longer stay as you will not beat the view from Janine’s villa anywhere in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in the villa from Tommaso. It has all the amenities that you expect from a villa in this price class. The view looking over the valley is beautiful. The communication with the host was very pleasant and swift. As an example; The existing tv got broken in the evening and the next morning Tomasso installed a new one with all the modern features like Apple Airplay. Since the weather was not great the first days you can imagine that this was very nice to have a good working tv. Anyone who is considering renting a villa in the surrounding of San Donato, I highly recommend this villa from Tommaso.

David’s place embodies elegance and tranquility. Beautiful interior with intricate touches. The backyard was huge and our pup enjoyed running around on it. It’s as described in the pictures. David was also a very kind host. Responsive to our questions and insightful when it came down to recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

Christina’s home was beautiful. She was an amazing host, getting us last minute reservations at restaurants and doing a cooking class with us on our last night that was fun and delicious!

The villa is situated on the outskirts of Greve in Chianti. For us it was a perfect location - enjoy country views yet walkable to the town centre for restaurants and shops. Four double rooms, each with an ensuite/shower. Everything you need for a great time - swimming pool, terrace with built in BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and large range cooker. Kitchen table was ideal as we could all fit round and it made the kitchen the social hub as we used the comfy lounge for those quieter moments. Definitely recommend. We would be happy to go back.

This place is fabulous. Margherita was responsive so quickly. We had a 11 people six adults and five kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. Margherita made reservations for us and suggested day trips. She even got a wheelchair for me for the Hill towns. Take advantage of their cooking. they did meals for us, which were fantastic. And even organized a birthday dinner for the three young girls. They did the birthday cake and even gave them a gift. It was fabulous. Don’t hesitate to book. We did day trips to Sienna, pisa,Luca, panzano, pienza and multipulciano. And two trips to the luxury mall.!Her parents are so helpful too. Olive oil and their wine is fantastic. The only regret I have is that we didn’t have extra days and spend the time right around villa. I think we would have really enjoyed the wine tasting and olive tastings. I would’ve stayed easily another week. Do take advantage of her massages too. My kids thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It exceeded my expectations!!!!! Ten stars!!!!!!

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Clean, nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

Staying in this villa in Tuscany was an absolute dream come true! The place is beautiful – surrounded by picturesque hills, full of peace and Italian charm. The villa itself is decorated with great taste, very clean, spacious and fully equipped – we lacked nothing. And the pool? A wonder! Perfect for relaxing with a view of the Tuscan landscapes, especially at sunset. We would like to especially thank the host – for the warm welcome, helpful tips and cordiality we felt throughout our stay. This place has a soul, and the atmosphere is conducive to true relaxation. Was a beautiful home to celebrate a 40th with friends and family. Highly recommend

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

We - a family of seven adults - had a really great stay at Bernardino's house. The house itself was very cosy and charming and contained everything we needed. The pool and the pool area, to which only we had access, was a fantastic extra asset which we enjoyed a lot. The nearby surroundings were also very nice with vineyards and woods. We even spotted three seldom orchids and heard the pirol bird which is very exotic to us. At the same time, it was possible to walk to the nearby town of Gaiole in Chianti where many nice restaurants and cafes can be found.

We booked the place for myself and my wife, my 2 daughters with thei husbands and my 4 grandchildren (aged 2 to 13) and their nunny. We all enjoyed our stay, we all felt we had privacy when we needed, and common areas to be all together. Excellent place for large families or parties. The host ready to answer all questions.

This was a perfect old world architecture with modern accommodations. The surrounding forest and nestled property along the steam and forest was surreal. What made the experience top notch was Irene and her crew. I highly recommend the personal chef experience and the opportunity to have groceries available upon arrival. Make sure to take a walk along the stream and immerse yourself in the glory of the surroundings.

We had a very relaxing holiday in the house. The pool is very large (it was cleaned daily) and can be reached via a very nicely landscaped path. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable :)
