Il Fienile del Poggiolo was just as I had imagined it after seeing the photos: an enchanted place of peace and beauty. A well-kept outdoor space full of flowers and plants where you can linger between food, chatter and good reading; the swimming pool - a blue jewel in an expanse of greenery - a stone's throw from the house and the barn, a rustic but well-kept environment, perfectly in line with the tradition of Tuscan farmhouses. A week of absolute relaxation to enjoy the countryside and the starry sky! Maria Luisa was a welcoming and discreetreet host, very kind and always available to meet our needs. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is a very large, beautiful house with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. The host was very nice and helpful. I would recommend anyone to arrive by car/to rent a car to get to the property and things to do nearby. In the end, we had to pay the tourist tax and the electricity we used during the week in cash.

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!

I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Our original flight was cancelled and the replacement flight 2 days later meant we arrived at 2 am but access to the farmhouse was organised for us and communicated clearly.

Casa Martino is the ideal place for anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. The house is cozy, equipped with a fireplace and well-kept in every detail. At this time of year the snow makes the atmosphere of the place really pleasant. Last detail not surprisingly, the location is strategic for nature trails in the beautiful Casentino Forest park and also to visit nearby cities Poppi, Arezzo and Florence. Thanks Marco! We (8 people) spent a week at Villa Chiara, a charming rustic villa on the outskirts of Riccione. It was a lovely stay: a large open-plan kitchen, two clean bathrooms, and four spacious bedrooms. Despite the cool, rainy April weather, it was warm inside the house. With the 8 available bicycles, we were quickly at the beach (8 minutes) and able to explore the city. The communication with Gianluca was perfect: our inquiries were answered within a few minutes. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday and a highly recommended accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

We had a wonderful visit, celebrating my mothers birthday. Francesca was so friendly and accomodating during our stay, and we were welcomed with a prepared home cooked meal when we arrived late at night. The house and it’s surroundings are beautiful. A very warm recommendation.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

We were 4 adults and 6 kids away and we had a great holiday. The house is beautiful, cozy and authentic, and is located in the most beautiful mountainous surroundings. From the pool was the most amazing view to mountains, vineyards and private vegetable garden. The house was big and authentic, and had everything we needed. S gender and clean pool, lots of shade spots, and a lovely, cozy garden. Anna was great at responding to questions and check-in and checkout went smoothly. There was a ping-pong table, which was used extensively. Small cozy towns nearby with the necessary things - though too far to walk, as there is a long and steep gravel road leading up to the house. Cool in the house despite no air conditioning! Overall, we had a great holiday and we could no doubt come back 👍🏻

What an incredible Tuscan Villa, even more beautiful in person! The gardens are immaculate and the views of the country side and Poppi are stunning!! We were two families that fit so comfortable in the space, many areas to relax and play. Kids loved the clean pool and playground. Monica and Cristina were incredibly responsive to questions and requests and even helped us cook the most delicious pizza in their authentic outdoor fire pizza oven! We would stay again in a heartbeat, it was our favourite villa during our long travels in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!
