Very good stay at Jean-Pierre's, the accommodation was very comfortable, because of the weather we were not able to enjoy the small terrace but in summer it must be very pleasant. The riverside is within walking distance for a stroll. Jean-Pierre responded quickly and was proactive. I would highly recommend it!

Remarkable place! You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Extremely comfortable beds. And what about the view. Stunning! I recommend it and will not hesitate to spread the word.

We had a great time at the trapper's cottage. Although we were afraid of being cold when we arrived at the accommodation, we contacted Genessee upon arrival who was very responsive and came to help us turn on the wood burning stove. The space heated very quickly and throughout the stay the indoor temperature was warm even without the wood burner being turned on. Great environment with walks in the estate and up to the reserve where you can see deer. The cottage may seem small from the outside when you arrive, but in reality it is very spacious and large in depth. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Change of scenery and tranquility assured. We would definitely recommend Genessee's homes, which is very friendly, warm and caring.

The house is very cozy and in an excellent location. The sun comes up over the St. Lawrence in the morning and the neighborhood is very quiet and private. The house has a home feel to it versus a sterile hotel room feel. Thank you for a nice stay!

There are places where you instantly feel good when you get there. This house, its view and its garden are part of it. A peaceful and relaxing place where it's good to do nothing, whether it's sunny or rainy. This house has a rare character and we would never want to leave, extend the stay, let the gaze wander through the waves of the St. Lawrence. My parents, my girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed this long weekend, nothing is missing in this house, and especially not this incredible view of the river from almost all the rooms. Thank you for sharing such a place! I hope we can come back and I will cherish the memories created these past few days for a long time! The belugas greeted us on our departure to our delight.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable. Great value for money. 15 mins walk to the beach. The only drawback is that it can be hot in the closed room because there is only a small window that only partially opens.

A little gem! We rented this apartment for a kayak class at the beach right across the street, ideal location for small holidays e.g. with family. Super clean, well-equipped, comfortable and well-decorated :)

Small, cozy and clean accommodation with a great view of the river. We were 5 adults, but ideal and more convenient for 4. Being able to bring our dog is a big plus. The host is very friendly, available and relevant in his recommendations and instructions.

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

We loved this location! It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The boat was clean and had a great view of the city. Yves was an excellent host…very attentive to questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place with an amazing view and tu was perfect for a weekend getaway! The place was as advertised, very clean and everything you can expect from an Airbnb home. We enjoyed the river view, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and the hot tub. If you have a car, Quebec city is around 30 mins from the house, so you can enjoy both the house and Quebec city for a day trip. We will come back :)

What a great discovery! We have been going to the area every fall for 10 years. This place was our favorite. The intimate location, the view, the courtyard we can enjoy. The cottage is well equipped, just big enough. Thank you so much!

Exceptional stay in winter in this very cozy and warm chalet. The view of the Saint Laurent is crazy and transforms every day . Access may seem complicated but in the end there is no problem and if the ice threatened to prevent us from passing our host immediately ordered a snowmobile. We recommend for the location! Diane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The location was right on the water although due to weather we were restricted from accessing it. The island was quiet but that was what we expected and wanted. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. We'd love to come back and will stay with Diane again!

The chalet was nice and cozy! The weather was beautiful with the exception of the last day, and we spent all weekend sitting outside looking at the view. Loved the island and the accessibility of the house.

We had a great time and we loved the place. John and Charlie were great hosts and have heat recommendations on what to do in the area.
