The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The kitchen with balcony, is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine and much more. Public transport, train station, downtown is in walking distance.

The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. Centrally located in the quiet district of Mayen, the cottage invites you to relax, hike and enjoy. Couples, business travelers as well as families, are in good hands. Wonderful hiking and biking trails (bicycle shelter available) are within walking distance, shopping and restaurants in 2 km, as well as the Tollipark for children. The legendary Nürburgring is 30 minutes away. In summer, the Burgfestspiele greet the Lukasmarkt in the fall.
