Aidot puulattiat, tilava suihku, mukava sänky ja upea näkymä järvelle sekä vuorille. Oma sisäänkäyntimme on talon toiselta puolelta, joten yksityisyys on taattu.

Located directly on the banks of the Rhine, our house offers a breathtaking view of the river and numerous activities in the surrounding area. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Loreley. Explore the wonderful hiking trails that start right outside our door. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable stay!

Quiet 2-room apartment on the edge of the forest with garden

This apartment is on the top of our small cottage in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, hob, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is relaxed on foot and reachable by car. Equally easily accessible are many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the area.

A few steps to the Mosel is our sunny apartment. The old vineyard borders the large terrace and gives our apartment its name in the old village center of Reil. There are two bedrooms available, a living room, a bathroom and a complete kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, so the apartment is nice and cool even in high summer. From the terrace on the 2nd floor you can see both the old village road and the vineyards.

Apartment No. 1 has a 100 sqm living space and 60 sqm terrace with pool and lying area and sauna. Very quiet but still centrally located. Post office, bank, Rewe, gas station, pizzaria and forest all in an area of 1km. Parking in front of the door. Everything except for the kitchen and bathroom, newly refurbished and furnished. Renovated with organic building materials, triple glazed, therefore very quiet.

Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
