What a beautiful place. The house is located between the hills and forests, there are a lot of beautiful hiking trails to discover. Despite the tranquility, there is a lot to see and do in the area. The house looks even better in person! The sauna and jacuzzi are a nice extra. There were also a lot of stuff and even toys for children. The kitchen is extensively furnished, there is a nice coffee maker with fresh coffee beans and even a milk frother. It is very cozy due to the wood and the seating area is also nice. We were 5 adults and the sofa was a bit tight before that. Good to know is that you get 2 towels, also for a week stay, and there is no washing machine. So it is useful to take some extra with you. We did miss some storage space for our stuff and clothes, there was only 1 bedroom with a wardrobe (chest of drawers) so then you live more out of your suitcase. All in all, a very nice place where we would love to come back.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment as part of a weekend trip very much. The apartment offers a very special and actually unique interior. It was individually designed with great attention to detail with high-quality materials and extraordinary objects. The solid wood used for furniture and doors, especially the wooden floor, makes the apartment particularly cozy. The area is perfect for hiking, the infrastructure in the village leaves nothing missing.

We had a great week - despite sometimes cloudy Eifel spring weather. The house is super cozy and very nicely located on a stream. Inside was really everything we needed: dishes and cutlery, a very good selection of books, comfortable seating, etc. However, you should like connecting rooms and bathrooms and it is also somewhat light-sounding. The sauna is a great extra and we enjoyed it very much!

We took beautiful hikes from the apartment. The neighboring towns and cities are well connected to the public bus network. We had a wonderful getaway and would be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at this house by not missing anything. You enter this place and feel right at home. In addition, a super nice contact to the landlords, who are always helpful. In the right winter weather, the use of sauna and hot tub was a treat. All in all, a fantastic getaway.

The area of Elchweiler is very idyllic, great for cycling and hiking. Tom is a warm host and local guide who gave us many tips on places of interest nearby. The "Dachsbau" is very cozy and the garden sauna is a personal highlight. Everything was clean and well maintained - we felt very comfortable and the stay remains in good memory.

We had a wonderful stay in the Zehntscheune over New Year's Eve and started the new year superbly. Since we were 11 people, we booked all three buildings. Communication with Gabrielle was always great. She even explained everything necessary to us on the day of arrival via personal letter. The apartments are all beautifully prepared. We've never been to an Airbnb with such great amenities and can wholeheartedly recommend the place to everyone.
