Vacation rentals with a patio in Bernina District

We booked Maik's place for a week of cross-country skiing holidays. The large network of trails is a 10-minute walk away. You can do a lot on foot or by public transport. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with lots of sun and best views. Kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed very comfortable. What late sleepers may need to know, the traffic and snow removal are clearly audible early in the morning. Communication with Maik was very straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

Great venue and great host

We had an amazing stay in St. Moritz! The location is ideal, both for skiing and other activities. It’s easy to walk almost anywhere or take a bus if needed. The host was incredibly attentive to all our questions, truly charming, and went above and beyond with thoughtful welcome details, including an invitation to Café Belmont for everyone in our group. The apartment is very well-equipped in every way, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Having access to a covered garage space was a huge plus during the colder days, as we didn’t have to worry about parking. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Sara's house is extremely welcoming, tastefully furnished and located in a quiet area, very close to the shuttles that allow you not to use the car and to move easily both for skiing and to reach other towns around the beautiful lake, as well as Saint Moritiz. We found everything we needed to make a few days' vacation in the enchanting Engadine simple and enjoyable!

Everything was perfectly in order. The retro-style apartment had all the necessary amenities and was within walking distance of all the local attractions. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Jörgen was very flexible with the check-in time. Despite our late arrival, we were able to enter smoothly upon arrival.

Extremely nice and supportive hosts. Together with another woman who was a guest, we had a very uncomplicated and nice time together. The house is wonderful, the view and the location are also very good. Highly recommended.

Cha Sur is a great vacation home, with a very special flair in a quiet location. Ladina is a friendly and attentive hostess. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Elisabeth's. We were welcomed very warmly and with delicacies from the region. The room was super nice. The bathroom very clean and the location is great too.

The place was extremely clean and very welcoming. The bathroom is new and offers a lot of space. The hospitality was also great, e.g. coffee and tea were included. A big plus was the four-legged friends who greeted us with joy.

Lovely room and bathroom, enjoyed the steam shower. Elisabeth was easy to communicate with, would stay again!

My stay at Irena's was beautiful! You get all the necessary information from Irena by phone before arrival. The room is as described and more spacious than I thought, the same applies to the impeccably clean bathroom. In our room, there was a pellet stove that we could use if necessary and an electric heater that maintained the heat throughout the day. Communication with Irena was very friendly. She was there to help and always answered questions as quickly as possible. I highly recommend her place to anyone who wants to experience the real Switzerland. I would choose your place again any time!

A beautiful location with a stunning view! Walkable to the town, 10 min drive to skiing in St Moritz and other mountain areas. Our family (3 older kids) enjoyed our stay, comfy beds and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is old but had all I needed to prepare a lot of meals as I have a daughter with severe allergies. My husband and I enjoyed the many winter walks/hikes in the forests surrounding the village. Our girls especially liked the ice skating across the street and the Belavita swimming pool in town. A great place and we would highly recommend!

The apartment is very nicely furnished and has everything you need everywhere. In addition, the underground parking (direct access to the apartment) as well as a fully equipped laundry room. For big people, the furniture, narrow & deep stairs to the sleeping area, table, sofa or especially the bathroom mirrors are not optimal, but this is whining at the highest level. I myself still had the bad luck with very noisy neighbors but Franziska can't do anything about it! I would come back anytime.
