Everything's within walking distance: a Coop supermarket, public swimming pool, restaurants on the lively piazza, and the train station where the Rhäthische Bahn stops en route between Italy and the Engadin glaciers.

Unser Maiensäss befindet sich in Selva und liegt auf einer sonnigen Terrasse mit Sicht auf die schönen Berge. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnesszimmer mit Küche. In der Küche hat es einen Holz- und Elektroherd sowie einen Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Boiler und WC ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Tiere sind willkommen! Zur Wohnung gehört ein getrennter Gartensitzplatz mit eigenem Cheminée. Unser Maiensäss wurde 2015 renoviert.

Our cozy 3 1/2-room apartment is only 1.5 km from the center of Poschiavo and invites you to immerse yourself in the beautiful Puschlaver nature. The Li Curt train station is just opposite and from there you can wonderfully explore the area on foot or by Bernina train. The large playground is within walking distance and the beautiful lake is 3 km away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

Il nostro appartamento, immerso nel verde, è il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e natura a due passi dalle meraviglie del Patrimonio UNESCO. Situato vicino alla linea del celebre Trenino Rosso del Bernina, offre un punto di partenza perfetto per vivere uno dei percorsi ferroviari più spettacolari al mondo. A 25 min dalle piste sciistiche Diavolezza Engadina, 40 min dalle piste e terme di Bormio (Olimpiadi febbraio 2026), nel periodo estivo siamo a 30 min da Livigno.

Garden in the back of the house, from which you can admire the red train pass by, and just seven hundred meters away is the famous helical viaduct, where you can admire the passage of the train even from the house.
