Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
