Cottage vacation rentals in Berkeley Springs

This place was just what I needed for the weekend. It was a beautiful and relaxing getaway and Kimberly is a great host! She even accommodated our last minute late checkout which was very nice of her. The wine and snacks that were there upon arrival was a nice surprise too.

Perfect weekend getaway for resting and relaxation. We brought both of pups and the fully fenced in yard with the hot tub was perfect to relax but also let them run around. House and amenities were exactly as described. Walkable to a great breakfast spot and a brewery. We noted a few other spots to try next visit. Can’t wait to be back!

We had a great time during our stay - really kind and accommodating host and so much fun stuff for the kids to do that the adults could actually relax a little bit!

So comfy and clean! Stayed for a few nights with some friends to forget about life for awhile. Easy walk to town, awesome hot tub on the deck and the grill works great. We left recharged and will def be back!

**Million Dollar Views** Peaceful, tranquil retreat** FOXY was the perfect space to allow us to unwind for a quiet get-a- way! We loved every second of sitting on the patio taking in the peaceful sounds & tranquil blue skyline. Gillian was a great host & her sense of humor was easily seen in “the little things” around the house (ie decor, guidebook, and more.) This made us feel right at home! If you’re considering FOXY, do it!!!!

My husband and I stayed 2 months there, my daughter and son-in-law with their pet visited us a few times during our stay. The back deck view was our favorite, especially when the days get shorter and temperatures drop, yellow, amber, orange...colors were in the leaves. It's amazing to see the foliage happening. Thank you, Julie! She was a phenomenal host, the best Airbnb host I've ever had . She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns and give us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do while we were in Rio. The house is clean, beds were comfortable, surrounding is beautiful and the environment is peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again while we are nearby.

Beautiful property. Plenty of room for everyone. my family loved the double living spaces for kids and grown-ups. The porch was amazing the property was quiet and private.

Only needs a weekend spot to attend a wedding in Winchester. The house is way up on the mountain, so going in/out was a bear. Pretty much get what you need before heading up. The morning view across the valley is beautiful. The house had everything I needed. Bring bug spray if you’re going to go walk around.

Our stay was so peaceful. Rachelle’s instructions were super helpful in finding the place (since google maps sometimes gets confused in the area). The house was so cute and the area was BEAUTIFUL. Would definitely return again.

We had an amazing experience staying in a farm house and being so close to the beautiful & melodious cows. There were beautiful views out every brightly lit windows. We had everything we needed. Joe thank you for taking the time to meet us and chat about your farms history. We hope to stay with you and Sarah again.

Loved every minute of our stay. Was warm and cozy and very welcoming of kids. My daughter (4 yrs) loved the books and toys. My son (6 yrs) loved the Zipline and building a fire with dad in the fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and family meals. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

40 South Parrish Lane is a beautiful old two-story house on a secluded street within walking distance to the best that Winchester has to offer. My Winchester host pointed out to me that the house right across from the front door on Wolfe Street was built from the remnants of a colonial fort, so you have history right out the front door, which is nice. Wendy made everything as easy as possible to move in and the house included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a dedicated parking space. This is our second stay here and I look forward to more!

Paola was and is an amazing host. We needed a last minute booking as our previous reservation had us stranded on the side of the road for 4+ hours. Paola was VERY responsive prior to booking the listing, during our stay, and after our stay. The communication was very much appreciated as we felt very well taken care of and in good hands. We received clear and complete instructions to check in as well as how to navigate the accommodation. I HIGHLY recommend closing Paola to host you. We were there during snowy conditions and Paola was very proactive in communicating the plans to make sure the driveway was cleared as well as even offering us groceries if needed. We felt very much appreciated and I want to publicly thank you Paola for actually caring for your guests. Wishing you many successful bookings and please continue being an awesome person.

I love that they upgraded the kitchen and living room. Everything was exactly as described. Everything was clean. The ONLY complaint we had was we couldn’t figure out how to turn the thermostat up and didn’t hear from them until the next day. That’s more on us though because I could have googled how to use the thermostat instead of assuming it could only be adjusted remotely by them. The location was beautiful with wildlife right outside in the backyard.

My group of four had a marvelous, relaxing stay in the cottage! The views are gorgeous, and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Jeremy was always quick to respond, but we didn't have many questions anyway thanks to the thorough notes available before and after check-in. There are other houses visible from the house that aren't visible in the pictures, so don't expect to be alone on a mountain by yourself, but never once did we feel we were lacking privacy, quiet, or solitude. This was a truly wonderful stay, and we may come back soon after having such a great, comfortable time.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Jeffrey’s cottage! Not only was it exactly as pictured and described, it was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We really felt at home. The scenery is peaceful and serene. Jeffrey was especially responsive and helpful. I appreciated his response time and for all that he shared with us to help make our stay even more enjoyable.
