Location at the entrance of Saidia, at the national gendarmerie dam present days and nights. Secured villa with a gate and an agent available 24 hours a day to open and close the gate and monitor. The villa is very clean, cleaned after each visit as well as the pool. The owner, Bilal, can be reached at any time and answers any questions you may have. A problem? It will be fixed the same day, or even within the same hour! Really at the top! You can book without a second thought!

Ghani, I really want to thank you for your hospitality, flexibility, understanding and above all I confirm that your apartment is a haven of peace. I can't wait to discover the house next time. Especially if you need to relax in a little cocoon, this is the perfect apartment. I make a lot of Airbnb reservations but this is a gem. He should become a superhost. Thanks again Ghani, especially since he offers to take you on a motorcycle ride and it's not just any motorcycle and tells you places to relax like boat rides. The owners were responsive and friendly as well as their on-site henchman. It's a 5-minute drive or 35-minute walk from the beach. Beach is good. It's also a 25-minute drive from the Nador Corniche to see other beaches or restaurants. The apartment was good for the price. Recommended.

simply awesome! exceeded my expectations! the apartment is very basic, but equipped with everything you need. super spacious, wonderful location, and the private garden is a great way to start and end the day. everything is like the pictures and description. Amine is a super host indeed!! I had a really great experience and plan to stay again in the future because I liked this apartment complex so much. you won't be disappointed!

The house was above expectations. In person it looked better than on the pictures. Really everything was in new condition, hygienic and comfortable. The reception was very warm and the communication was great. Souhayla is a very friendly and welcoming host. I am very satisfied and certainly repeatable.

Mr. Hassan is a very nice man, available and generous, really a very good meeting and we had a great stay in a very large house with a huge grounds to play with the children, a very good swimming pool which is maintained regularly, you will fall in love with this place at first sight, don't miss it, thank you Mr. Hassan and see you very soon because we will surely come back

Excellent family stay in this superb very spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. Nearby Saïdia marina and beach. Great for a peaceful stay away from the noise. The host was very welcoming and took the time to explain everything on arrival, and was available and responsive to other requests throughout the stay. Recommended, thank you!
