The accommodation is of older standard with some more modern furniture such as the family bed, sofa and kitchen table. All seasons, you can enjoy the sofa in front of the stove, after a walk/ski trip in the forest towards the view of nearby Byskefjärden or a walk after a cozy winding forest road (reflectors are required). Another hike of 2-3 km, is after the river walk to the city center. Where there are ex. grocery stores, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurant and Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand and a curio shop! A bathhouse is also possible to visit. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, in the middle of pine forest and a little sea view!

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.
